I bought this chair to replace an office chair I was using at my D&D table. This chair is MUCH more comfortable. I've only used it a couple of days but I'm not having the ache in my bottom after a long session of gaming. The chair was pretty easy to assemble. The only difficult part was attaching the back to the seat. You either need someone to hold it just right while you screw it in, or have something you can balance it on while you do it. I had to do the latter; I had no one to help me. I'm not very strong, so it was tricky for me. Some people might not have this issue but if you don't have a lot of upper body strength, get someone to help you. The directions were easy to follow though, and other than that one issue I assembled this very quickly. I got the cyan/teal color chair, and while I'm still breaking it in, I already love it! It was relatively easy to assemble, although I had to wait a few days before I could. My box was missing the screw package entirely. The customer service team was very quick to respond given that they're in China. They had me send in pics of all the parts I did have, and they were quick to FedEx me the replacement screw package. I received it in 3 days! They were super nice and easy to deal with. The chair is definitely on the bigger side. I'm 5'8" and 140 lbs, and I can see how it would fit a much bigger person. The seat is quite firm, and needs some breaking in. When reading through the instructions during assembly, there were a few details that you have to figure out for yourself, such as the orientation of a couple pieces. The instructions were very general, so you have to use some analysis and common sense. Overall I'm very happy with it, and I know it'll last a long time. ... show more

Got this for my son for Christmas and now everyone in the house wants one. It is incredibly comfortable, totally adjustable, has a vibrate feature that he thinks is hilarious, and on the whole is just incredibly comfy. Can't speak to the wheels because we preemptively replaced them with silent rubber rollers as his room is upstairs with laminate floor but outside of that highly recommend for any gamer or anyone who works from home! ... show more

This chair is definitely worth its price tag. Very high quality and very comfortable. It has very nice stitched craftsmanship and the material used surely doesn't feel cheap at all. I love the reclining and foot rest features. The previous office chair I owned before was from Staples and it was definitely made with cheap leather that flaked off the older it got. Easy to put together great quality but a lifter was bent told my kids to be gentle with it we will see if it will cause to much fatigue and break. That is my only complaint. You won’t be disappointed.

So I absolutely love the chair A bonus is the back rest pad is a back massager! I must of missed that somewhere. My only complaint is the leg rest is a little hard to push and pull back in. I tried to adjust some things but didn't make any difference

It is comfortable. Everything about the chair is acceptable. The only complaint is the missing parts. We made it work with what was available at home. The only reason I wouldn't purchase again is the missing part. Including everything for assembly is very important! Edit: I asked for the missing parts and was sent them quickly.
