I really liked the hearing aids but my uncle who they were purchased for didn't like them ,said they kept falling out of his ear on the one side. I really believe because the stroke he had may have affected that side . Not sure.

I was surprised. I am 77 and my hearing is poor, especially (I learned) in the left ear. I bought these with the thought that it would be a cheap product of little real value, but....I had all of these reward points:) Well, surprise. This is a good product. It works well, is well built and designed, and it is far better than the cheap ones you find in dept. stores. NO, it is not a $2500 custom tuned bud, but it certainly has improved my ability to hear with my left ear and match it to my right. I love them and I'm 83 percent deaf in both ears born that way and I can't afford the one I really need but this product damn close enough and I can hear my kids voices first time since they was born 8 years ago..... in the future GLW I will buy more these wonderful products...

Wasn’t much I liked. . Very hard to understand. More instructions about the charger than how to operate the ears. After charging them all night I realized there tape over the connection. And why does the charger lie on its side? Does it plug into a usb or with an adapter (not included). There is no use to go on. I’ll request a return ... show more

The instructions say 3 hours to chatge and the light will flash blue or solid blue when charging, then light turns off when fully charged. It's been plugged in for over 8 hours and solid blue. Was the nook printed wrong? Or are they not charging?
