This is the third time I’ve bought this product for my daughter’s bed… Third time because we had some cat issues, so I finally bought a soft liquid proof sheet to go over it. Live and learn. Problem solved… I’ve bought other brands of toppers in the past ranging from very expensive to the lower end of the price spectrum. This brand is by far worth what you spend in regard to comfort, quality, longevity and bang for your buck. Size - I bought the 2” queen. It fits perfectly from top to bottom and side to side. Comfort - I know the definition of this can vary widely from consumer to consumer. I have found it to be of good quality medium support. Again, this definition may vary from person to person. Pain Relief- I’ve had back problems for many years and found great relief with this topper. I have an expensive mattress and did not want to buy another so I looked for an alternative. I found it! As a result I sleep better and feel more rested when I wake up. Assembly- I’ve read dozens of reviews with complaints about this product not re-inflating properly. Being my third purchase of this product, this is the first time I’ve had a bit of a problem with that… I followed the instructions and took the cover off and laid it in a flat well ventilated area from 24-48 hours. Well after about 72 hours only the middle inflated and the end looked like a bubbly/bumpy tortilla chip. Needless to say I was disappointed, but after doing a little research I found that “man handling it helped. I tapped (well it was slightly more than just a light tap) and massaged the ends for about 15 minutes and waited. The next morning it was perfect. So if you don’t want to go through the trouble of a return, I’d try this first. Customer Service- Excellent and quick to help. Hope this helps and enjoy your buy!!! ... show more

I wanted to love this because I despise doing returns. But there was zero firmness to this do if you are looking for a marshmallow, you will probably love this. I knew this might be tricky since I have an adjustable mattress. I barely use the incline so I didn’t think it would be a problem but right off the bat, the straps would not stay on my mattress even flat. That’s ok. I have very deep pocket fitted sheets that should hold it in place. Nope! This sucker almost slid me out of the bed on numerous occasions. We tried it on my daughter’s regular standard mattress and by morning it was all over the place. Also, this took my body temp and cranked it up x10 and caused my body to itch. I was really hopeful, but this didn’t work out for me. I have a thick, firm, but high quality, mattress. And my hips get sore too fast when I sleep on my side. So, I thought this would give me better soft support. Several things don’t work for this issue. The corner straps I thought would keep it from shifting don’t stay on as designed. They barely catch the corner and slip right off. BUT, I have snug mattress protectors, so I just put this under them. So, that wasn’t so bad if it supported well. Maybe I need a thinner mattress topper? Because this has just made my expensive mattress feel like my old mattress by sinking in the middle. The two of us roll toward the middle. And wherever you were laying doesn’t expand back very quick, so it doesn’t make repositioning that comfortable. AND, it doesn’t really support my hips any better than my mattress by itself. And then when I have to move, I’m sort of sucked in by the topper, so rotating is more difficult. I know I’ve slept in more comfortable beds in hotels, so I’m not a lost cause. But, this topper on a firm mattress did not give me the results I needed. I’ll try and add video of the issues as I know these are hard to review from other peoples experiences. But, the best thing I may use this for going forward is as a topper to my pull out couch mattress. I didn’t really need that, though. Unfortunately, you can’t know if this works unless you open it and let in expand. But, now it’s expanded and there’s no way to put it back in the box and return it. 😕 ... show more
