UPDATE #2: Reached out to Amazon. All forms of contact with the seller failed. Amazon support refunded the purchase. I imagine if this continues the seller is going to get pulled from Amazon. I did go by the company website again and the same set was cheaper on there with free shipping vs additional shipping here. That's lame. UPDATE: My attempt to contact support by the email listed on their site failed. It came back to me as a bad destination. The phone number listed on the site is not real either. The physical address shown is also not legitimate. Buyer beware. Original Review: I reached out to support and did not hear back. My next course of action will be some type of remedy with Amazon. I received the set a day late but that's ok. One box held the two end tables and coffee table. Very simple process and each piece was pretty clear on what the purpose was. Thankfully because the instructions were pretty awful. I put the three pieces together and the final step I put the little feet on the tables. One of the end table legs didn't have threading in the hole so the screw in foot wouldn't go in. Now the table wobbles. If I take the feet off, it slides around on the hard wood and scratches the floor. Not sure why but the bottom of the legs aren't very smooth. I reached out to the seller with an email and didn't hear back. I was hoping they would have a solution. I can't really send it all back because they're all put together. If not for this issue and lack of support, this set would get at least a 4 star review from me. The furniture seem stable enough. The end tables tip easily which I'll throw some weight on the bottom to keep it steady. The coffee table is where this set really shines. It's sturdy, wide, a good combination of metal and wood. The top thickness is solid. The bottom was a little strange because the feet don't go on the legs, but a semi/half circle metal part. Seems leveled out though. My absolute favorite part about this set is that the table top underside is flat. Most of these have a metal rim around it and I wanted something flat. Anyway, if the seller reaches out to me with a solution, I might update this. I'd hate to go buy a drill bit to create the screw grooves. I'd be afraid I'll get the size won't the the feet won't work. ... show more
