A gift for my granddaughter and she loved it. The doll looks very much like a baby. The details are accurate. The body is cotton. I wanted to point that out since I wasn’t sure if it was the same material throughout but it’s not. Good quality and an overall great buy.

This 19 inch, full vinyl doll looks just as sweet and happy in person as in the listing. Her coloring is beautifully painted, with every nail being tidy and perfect. There were some tiny red speckles around the mouth area, but they came off easily with a baby wipe. Not sure what they were, but I could only see them with my lighted magnifying glass. The eyelashes are evenly glued on, and my doll's are shorter and more realistic than the doll in the photos. The body is full vinyl, modestly anatomically accurate, and the limbs/head turn freely, without stiffness. The only thing I don't like is when the doll is squeezed, the air goes out. When you let go, air flows back in, but not enough, causing the back to look too concave and some warping at the back of the neck. It's too sucked in and needs a way to get more air inside. Her outfit is well sewn and is nice quality knit fabric. Included are her bottle, magnetic pacifier, diaper, birth certificate card, and 2 different rattles (not shown in the listing). I recommend this cutie for her appearance, overall quality, and being full vinyl, so she can be a water toy as well. Suitable for toddlers on up to adult collectors. ... show more

Talk about realistic! This baby doll is near perfect in my opinion, she is definitely a standout. Her face is perfect, her coloring, her texture, her body, her outfit, everything about her is just right. They did a very nice job on the design and sewing of her adorable and colorful jumper outfit too, it definitely adds to her overall charm. All of the added little accessories are a bonus and they are well made and cute. Note that I did not see anything wrong with her body being deflated like that other reviewer stated? I'm sorry that happened to someone that must have been disappointing but my baby doll is perfect. Just look at that face! I mean truly, it doesn't come anymore realistic and, that sweet little smile! :) I do not hesitate to recommend this sweet doll to anyone - She is Adorable with a capital A. My first impression of this doll and the accessories was incredible! She's beautiful and her clothing and accessories are so life like and fitting for today's real baby clothing styles. HOWEVER, when I went to pick her up and hold her, I noticed something didn't look and feel right about her torso. She's flat as a pancake! Her body is concaved in like a food product that arrives to you dented inward due to the oxygen changes from temperature and flight altitudes. This can't be the case for this sweet baby because her body is not air tight. What would have caused this in transit other than it's a manufacture defect and should be replaced?? Her face, arms and legs are fine. It's just her torso that is not right. It really takes away from the real feel of the doll especially when you are trying to hold her. Definitely disappointed. This should not be the case for a $50 doll. ... show more

but the vinyl body was completely collapsed and flat the body also seems much to big for the head and limbs. I plan on trying to convert it to a cloth body at some point but right out of the box I was not impressed.

I wanted to get a nice gift for Christmas for my niece and saw this and thought she would like it. The pictures look nice but I was not sure what it would look like in person. Thankfully it looks just like the pictures and is very nice. The overall doll is life size and lifelike in appearance. The body is soft feeling with plenty of flexibility. It can be posed and hold its stance too. There are several accessories that come with it too which should allow for lots of imaginative play.
