This is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for!!!! I wear a lot of skirts and these shorts are added protection just in case my dress flies up. It does not roll up nor slip down. The material is soft and very comfortable. This is not a body shaper BUT it works for me.

I was surprised of how light weight they were and they went on very easily with no tugging. I really liked the fit and comfort. They stayed in place and did not ride up, until I got in and out of my car they rode up. However when I adjusted them they did well. I was at a dinner and didn't have any problems, until I got back in my car lol. But I will still wear them. They were also cool. I wanted something breathable, didn’t roll/scrunch up, had enough length, without being shape wear. This covers all the bases! Wore them out in some NC heat and they did amazing!
