I have a garden that expands every year and I'm constantly battling weeds and it seems I spend more time weeding than actual gardening. I've tried mulch and while it slows down the weeds it doesn't stop them. I thought this turf stuff would look tacky but my neighbor has this stuff in her yard and it looks surprisingly nice. I got the small piece and given the price it looks smaller than I would have wished (I knew the dimensions when I bought it but it's expensive). It seems to be good quality. It drains well and is heavy enough that it stays flat. This product is more expensive than similar products, but that's because it comes with the stakes. If you don't need the stakes you can save some money with another product.

This artificial grass is perfect for what I needed it for! I have a patch of random grass growing in my driveway That is A major inconvenience to try to keep mowed! I got this to put over that patch and it is just great! The drainage holes allow the rain to go through, So it's not squishy. So far, no Weeds or grass have grown up through the holes, and from a distance, Nobody can tell that it's artificial grass! so now I no longer need to worry about the major hassle of trying to maintain that little patch of grass in my driveway & it looks good too! Time saved & less work for me!!

This mat is beautiful turf. It looks fantastic on my outdoor deck where I am gradually fixing a small garden area. Having this there give the deck a pretty green mat that really does look like nice grass. The mat comes with special washers and staples if you want to attach it firmly to your ground. It even comes with a pick to make the process easier. I like the color and quality of the grassy mat very much. It feels good under my feet and it really adds a natural touch to my little garden spot.
