Initially these were causing me extreme gas but I found out even though it was causing me the gas, it was only the trigger at the time. I think I was dealing with some bug or something because other things started the gas as well, like Salsa. So after a few weeks, whatever ran thru my system was gone and these are no longer a problem. Sorry for the misdiagnosis. Now are they providing any benefit? Jury is still out. ... show more
