So these light grip matts are nice I have to admit. The one issue is that it's a tad to sticky. I would recommend using finding a strong paper that you can stick on the first time to peal away so you can get that initial super tackiness off. After you do the first peal it acts as it should but if you try laying normal paper down first or something that's easily torn for the first stick, when you pull it up it will most likely leave little spots that will be annoying to get off and deal with. But other then that these work great.

These have great adhesion and work well however, I have torn several flowers that I have cutout using the Cricut trying to pull the cardstock off of the mat. The adhesion is phenomenal however, they do not last as LONG as the name brand does. I have taken the torn flowers and made them smaller flowers to fit in the spaces of the shadow box so it's not a complete loss. I would still recommend these mats though.

Works great with my Cricut. The grip is good for vinyl and paper, and materials come off without tearing. It’s a good affordable alternative to the original mats. I’ve used it several times and it still holds well. Good quality for the price.

Good mats but definitely not light grip. I'm cutting paper stickers and it's so strong my sheet rolled up when I took it off. I used the t-shirt trick to make it less tacky. Probably light tack for a different material...

I bought these cutting mats to use with my Cricut machines and they are awesome! I find that they're super sticky at first but after using them for a while, they become less sticky. This isn't really a big problem for me though because I like them a little less sticky. I have tried cleaning them with soap and water and it restores it back to the original stickiness. It's overall a great product and a really good substitute for the Cricut brand mats.

All that is good about these is that they are cheap, but you get what you pay for and they aren't even worth what I paid for them. Problem #1 When doing Print Then Cut, my Explore Air 2 can not "find" the sensor marks. I went through the steps multiple times and repositioned before switching back to my old mat that hardly sticks at all. My old mat worked first try. The next project I tried a different mat from the same package and it did the same thing. Problem #2 These are much stickier than Cricut brand Light Grip. Card stock and vinyl sticker paper rips unless I go very slow taking it off. What doesn't rip either has small spots peeled from the back or "curls" at the edges. I never completed a project with one of these mats because of Problem #1, but I can forsee some items being trash and that renders them useless to me. I can't think of another use for them, so I will be sending them back.
