dislike, poor customer service, completely dissatisfying due to numerous empty promises by Amazon and vendor (Real Relax massage), there is no manual instruction for function of each key board. massage chair cannot go back to sit position after each massage finished., the issues have not been resolved as of today, will not buy anything from them.
