This was a really great investment! I'm very glad I purchased this chair because it's very great, my entire family loves it so much and we don't go to get massages anymore anywhere but the comfort of our home! I would definitely recommend!!

I have not used a lot of massage chairs before but I definitely like this one. It offers a lot of different pre-set massage settings and it even offers a spot massage. You can manually select an area along the SL track and have it stop. Then you can choose a type of massage like Kneading and play with the settings such as width and intensity. The timer offers a max of 30 minutes and it increases in 5 minute increments starting from 5 minutes. So far I have enjoyed using it after work or for a post gym muscle relaxation (there is a muscle relax preset massage that is very good). I do not have any major complaints so far except that the cushion seems to have conform to the machine (meaning the padding seems to be thinner than expected along the SL track, maybe it was designed that way). ... show more

Stay FAR AWAY from this company!!! There's LITERALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! The chair arrived less than a week ago and seemed OK but the heating function does not work! Otherwise everything was fine, massages were great. Called, emailed, left voice messages for them, and NOBODY responds!. Do not buy from them! If something goes wrong (and something always does).....You will get no support!. I've purchased/used other massage chairs and Never had issues like these. RUN in the other direction folks! Returning it! UPDATE: So I was contacted by one of the team leaders for this company about a week after and he sincerely tried to assist and attempted service recovery. He was very apologetic for the delay in response by their customer service team and took ownership as the manager for the issues. That was much appreciated after the fact, and gave me some sense of appeasement. Would consider trying one of their products in the future as they truly seem to care about service recovery and customer satisfaction. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. My husband and I like this massage chair very much. The only shortcoming is that it can't massage big legs, which is the only shortcoming. I bought the most high-end massage chair of this brand. 2 days delivery, within the stipulated time, the transport is very good

Was nervous buying because there were no previous reviews and it's a big purchase. I paid for installation but didn't need it because it is very simple to the point i could have put it together when i was 6 years old. So no need to pay 90$ for installation. Settings are simple i just wished it was real leather all around being the price and doesn't seem to get the upper shoulders as well as i'd like.
