I purchased the black z71 2 years ago in 2022. My son loves it and had a great time the self control and remote options is great. I lost the charge but finally found the charging cable after about 1 year. So the battery was completely dead and wouldnât hold a charge. No big deal, I ordered a replacement battery for 22 dollars, installed it, charged for a few hours and the truck was ready to go. This is great truck , definitely recommend it and the battery replacement is cheap. Oh the assembly part was easy and there is a video to see if needed.

Update: It took a little bit to get to the right people but once we did, the company worked with us and first sent us the new part (no additional cost) to try to fix our truck and then when that didnât work, they sent us a new truck! It seemed like a long process but the company really seemed to care and made sure they took care of us once we got connected to the right people. We love the product, the truck works really well and it is nice to have a remote so we can control it until he is able to drive it on his own. Old: We ordered and got this truck on May 31st for our 3 year old. It is a mini version of Daddyâs truck and he absolutely loved it! However, just 2 months later it would no longer work. July 28th was the last time we were able to use it. It was rainy that day and got wet before we could put it away. We have tried charging it multiple times, but it has not worked since. Our 3 year old is so disappointed and kept asking to drive his truck. We took it to our local car repair shop to check the battery and they said the battery was fine but we need a new control module. We searched and couldnât find a way to order one. We reached out to the customer support email from the book and they werenât very helpful, just saying that part isnât in, they are having trouble getting it stocked. My husband also called and talked to customer service of the company asking about the part or a replacement and he said there was nothing they could do because we bought it through Amazon, however, I canât find where I can do anything about it through Amazon because it lasted longer then the 1 month return policy window. I am very upset and disappointed, I hesitated buying it to begin with because of the price $350 dollars, but looking at everything it looked like it would last our toddler a long time so I was willing to spend the money.

Once again I am writing a review on this truck. I rated it a one because I couldnât go lower. I purchased this truck for my grandsonâs birthday. I Purposely bought it Two months early in case there was a problem with it, I would have time to fix the problem. His birthday Was yesterday August 18, And the truck is still not working. The problem is the battery. When we got the truck we charged it for 10 hours As instructed to do, After the 10 hours, we put the battery into the truck and it did not work. At the time I wrote my first review. (See below.). The Company agreed to give us our money back. They did Reimburse size $20. They never offered to replace the battery, and we tried to buy one from Amazon, we could not find one. I wanted to return the truck, but my daughter in law said it took her so long to assemble she didnât want to disassemble it to send it back. After looking all over my son finally found a battery for the truck. He had to order it, and it was not here in time for my grandsonâs birthday. He couldnât use the truck on his birthday. Beware, if you buy this toy truck they will not place the battery, and it is a pain in the behind to get one. I do not recommend! Company said they would give me a full refund on the price of the truck. Ended giving me $20 back. I guess what they really meant was refund for battery. Thatâs ok with me. Never expected a full refund on the truck, but donât say something and not honor it. I think they should just send a better battery with the truck, as so many people have problems. If you buy this truck, have a spare battery ready so your little one isnât disappointed when the original doesnât work. UODATE: Company did end up contacting me. They gave me a refund for a new battery, and also offered to refund the full price of the truck. I would recommend this company. Great customer service. I decided to purchase this truck even after reading all the reviews that said so many people were having trouble with the battery. The reason I did purchase it is because a lot people said that the company had made it right. When the truck arrived my daughter in law charged the battery for 10 hours as required in the directions. Nothing! It did not work! I called Amazon, and they sent a request to the company asking them to replace the battery. Amazon told me if the company did not respond in 3 days to call Amazon back. The company never responded. They did not make it right. Amazon told me I could return the truck, but after it taking so long to assemble, and then charging it for 10 hours we were not about to un assemble it to return it. My son will Buy a new battery. Amazon was not at all at fault. They did give me a partial refund toward the purchase of a new battery.

The 12V Chevy Silverado Ride-On Truck has been an amazing purchase for my kid! The high-speed mode (up to 5 MPH) gives them an exciting ride, and the parent remote control is perfect for keeping things safe when needed. The LED lights, realistic tailgate, and truck sounds make it feel just like a real truck, which my child absolutely loves. Itâs well-built and the battery lasts for a good amount of playtime. The red color looks great too! Overall, a high-quality electric vehicle that Iâd definitely recommend for any kid who loves trucks!

We got this truck for our 3 and 5 year olds. They have a power wheels, but they definitely prefer playing with this truck. It is smaller and zippier, and they love the extras, like the headlights that turn on and the steering wheel buttons that make sounds, and the tailgate that drops down. It drives well on both sidewalks and the grass. We love having the remote and being able to drive them around ourselves, itâs fun for parents too- like an XL RC car. They love holding onto the sides and being driven just as much as driving themselves. It was quick to assemble, took maybe 15 minutes and the battery was ready to go and they played with it the rest of the day. So far, we have charged it nightly and it lasts as long as they play the next day. They love this truck so much we may end up getting a second for Christmas :) definitely recommend!
