I got this alarm clock because my iPhone alarm kept deciding to not go off when I had early morning classes. This clock has been a total lifesaver and has helped my overall quality of sleep! There’s a lot of color options and you can easily adjust the brightness depending on the vibe you want. There are over a dozen sound options too! I use the brown noise before bed every night and it is amazing to take on trips if you need pink, white, or brown noise to sleep. You can adjust the volume to your liking so every aspect isn’t too much or too little. The clock display brightness can be individually adjusted as well so you don’t have to settle for the clock being too bright and the color being too dim. If you don’t want the light or sound on for the entire night, there’s a timer that goes up to 180 minutes so it can turn off automatically without touching your alarm! The sunrise aspect is awesome! The alarm sounds are not overstimulating or loud, but just enough to wake you up. The brightness does get pretty bright by the time your alarm goes off, but you can adjust the length of time you want the sunrise to start before your alarm. I have mine set to begin 15 minutes before my alarm, so it gets brighter quicker. If you had it begin 30-45 minutes before your alarm, it’ll take longer for it to rise. It’s a wonderful way to wake up in the morning and I highly suggest getting this clock if you wanted a cheaper alternative to the Hatch alarm clock!

I don't like waking up in the dark. Turning on lights in the morning is too harsh. I love that this clock simulates sunrise by gradually increasing the light intensity to a warm glow. It is easy to set the alarm time and the duration of the sunrise. There are other features that are nice but I wake up happier because of the simulated sunrise. Nice looking and working clock at a nice price. There are a bunch of sounds that are nice to choose from for calming at bedtime or morning or both.

Very reliable. I'm a nursing student, so I often have to wake up before the sun comes up. This alarm clock makes waking up so much easier, less cranky, and less anxious about if the alarm clock is gonna go off or not. There are so many colors to choose from and I use it for a morning light when I wake up and to ease me to sleep + the white noise. There's about 20 tracks. The size is smaller than I expected but its the price you pay. Haven't had any problems with it.

I've been on the hunt for a good wake-up light alarm clock for a while, but I just couldn't justify the high price tag and the need for yet another app to manage the Hatch alarm. I'm so glad I found this alternative—it's everything I wanted and more! This alarm clock has all the key features I was looking for: a fantastic sound machine with over 20 different options, including three wake-up sounds, a sunlight wake-up mode, and a soft night light. It's been a game-changer for my mornings. The sound quality is excellent, and the volume is easily adjustable. While I would love a few more rain sounds, the variety is still great. The value for the money is absolutely incredible, and I was so impressed that I bought a second one for my sister. She had a little trouble figuring out how to set the alarm at first, but once I showed her, she got the hang of it quickly. I have zero complaints about the product and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing, app-free alarm clock without breaking the bank.

Okay, so this isn't the alarm that gets me out of bed, but I do love it. I'd seen it online a few times and I liked the idea of "getting a sunrise" to help regulate your nervous system, especially if you have to get up before the actual sun. My work schedule has me up between 2am and 4am every day, so I was hoping this would help me. The answer is actually yes. After weeks of using it (with alarm sounds), I set it this morning with no sound, just the light, and I did end up waking up around the same time that it lit up. So that seems to be working more than I anticipated it would! I also absolutely love all the extra features it has. I fall asleep with the thunder going and a blue light most nights, sometimes the water one is nice. I can see how it would be useful for kids, too -- there are different sounds that a baby might find comforting, and the light can be adjusted to be really bright or pretty dim. I keep mine pretty dim, because I don't necessarily need the light to fall asleep. The sound is really clear. It was easy to set up, and it stays on your settings if unplugged or you have a brief power outage. So far, I am in love with this. It's exactly what I was looking for and it's extremely helpful.

LOVE this alarm clock! I work nights, so I’ve used a sound machine for years. However, I’ve always had trouble hearing/waking up to my alarm with the sound machine on. This solves that problem! The sound machine turns off, alarm turns on! Also, the customer service is amazing!! About 6 months after I purchased, I traveled with the alarm clock and the top button stopped working (I think it was packed in too tight). I reached out the customer service who helped me troubleshoot and went on to completely replace when resetting it didn’t work! 10/10 clock and customer service!

I love this. So easy to follow instructions to set an alarm, the sound of the alarm, variety of colors, adjustable brightness, and so many different sounds for using it as a sound machine to sleep. Great quality. I use it on my bedside table for color at night and during the day. I love the setting where the light changes to a warm awakening yellow/sunrise to slowly wake you up as it gets brighter closer to the alarm setting off. The size is great for a bedside table and the shape is unique. Great find and high recommend for an alarm, clock, or night light.
