The smell is pretty good too, not too strong. The product itself is really well organized step by step. I used it as soon as it arrived since I heard so many good things about it:)) slightly on the pricier side but felt the results were worth the splurge (soon to be discussed). It took me about an hour to complete the process, but after the four steps, my skin feels super hydrated and soft! To those complaining about how it is tedious, think of it as an investment to your skin. You can’t expect to have good skin and only want to spend five minutes on your face a week. I have a combination skin with random sensitive/dry spots. This product was gentle for me as I had no redness or itchiness. I did need scissors to open each step and look up a video for step 4 (I’m still not 100% sure I used the correct layer of mask) but the end results are super satisfactory!

This is definitely more of a skincare "event" than a treatment. The kit includes four separate steps, and it took me around 40 minutes. If you're expecting something fast and easy, this isn't it. But if you want something fussy that feels "fancy" like you're getting a full spa event at home, this will tick the box. There are four pouches, and even though there are notches to rip them open, I didn't find them easy to rip. I see several other reviews mentioned using scissors and I agree... just make your life easier with scissors. The instructions are mostly straightforward until the final mask. It's kind of tangled together and not very easy to peel off and apply... I'm not even sure I did it right. It felt needlessly complicated, like just give me a regular face mask and move on. That said, I did really like the results. My skin felt noticeably softer and smoother after. I have sensitive skin and didn't experience any stinging or redness. The finish is definitely on the dewy side, so I wouldn't plan on applying makeup right away. Then again, this takes forever, so I don't think you want to be messing around with this in the morning anyway. The price is kind of high since you mostly are getting one-use items (except for the "shot".) The listing also says you should use it once a week, but it's definitely too pricey for that, and also, there is no way I want to mess around with this once a week. It feels more like a once a month treat.

This is a luxurious, spa-like face treatment that left my face feeling very well hydrated. It took me about 30 minutes to complete this treatment. I recommend doing it either before bed or on a day you don’t intend to put on makeup. My face feels tacky from all the different serums and lotions I put on it during this treatment, so I couldn’t imagine putting makeup on afterwards. The first three steps were simple and straightforward. There’s a mask soaked in serum that I laid on my face for five minutes. Then there are pads soaked in toner than I wiped over my face, first with the rough side then the smooth side. Then there’s a very thick, white moisturizing cream that I smoothed over my face. The fourth step involves another mask made from a thin material that feels like eggshell membrane. The membrane is attached to a cloth-like piece which is wrapped in mesh, so there are three parts that must be applied then separated. However, the instructions only mention a mesh and a liner, and I didn’t understand the instructions for step four—still don’t. I ended up discovering the membrane when it fell off the cloth, but by them it was wrinkled and folded a bit and didn’t go on very well. So, one star off for the lack of clear instructions on step four. Be sure to have scissors handy, because each step is individually sealed, and I found them difficult to tear open with slippery fingers. This is designed to be a single-use kit, so it’s definitely a luxury purchase. I do have some of the cream from step three left over to use later, but the other steps cannot be reused. There is a generous amount of serum or toner or cream included with each step, so I spread some on my neck and hands as well.
