This arrived broken in every way imaginable. The upper rack was snapped off at the plastic peg. It looks like it had been crushed on the front. In the back where it hooks up has plastic pieces snapped off in multiple places. In addition to excessive damage upon delivery, it was very cheaply made. I was going to attempt to hook it up and use it, but between the cosmetic damage, structural damage, and how cheap it was constructed, I packaged that thing right back up and sent it back. ... show more

It has a lot of add on pieces to handle wine glasses etc. the only downside for me is the start buttons are not simple or easy to read. Does an ok job of drying but not really dry
