Broke rt away 2 mins outta the box stopped steering but they exchanged it no problem this one has been great so far alltho it doesn't do 40 mph it's false it 40kph so not what I thought I was buying gave to my kid great company disappointed in car

I'd consider this little rc monster truck a step above toy grade with some metal drivetrain parts along with a metal upper chassis brace and front and rear metal swing arm retainers its good beginner rc. It's brushed along with a shared esc reciever with a 3 wire servo. It can be upgraded to brushless if you want more speed and performance. The included lithium ion battery could be upgraded to lipo and you'll find that will help a bit with performance. If you're just looking to do a little backyard bashing it's great! At a price point of about 60 bucks it's hard to complain about anything. For another 30 or maybe 40 bucks you can get the brushless version with oil filled shocks and most come with two lipo batt. Top speed this brushed version isn't bad at about 17+/- mph depending on the batt type you use. It does come with the two batt, USB charger, tools, and spare parts, along with extra body pins. I'd consider this a great foundation to sink your teeth into and get familiar with the hobby and when you're ready to upgrade the parts/upgrades are available here on amazon.

Bought this for grandson birthday. Has good power and looks great. Remote is not solidly built as the trigger/speed control broke on the first day. My son was able to replace a pin with a more solid piece as local r/c hobby store didn’t have the part and replacement of the remote would be very difficult to match the frequency.

This is a fun, and very fast RC car. I'm old school and haven't had one of these for a number of years, back when they had just a fraction of the speed this has. The car seems pretty indestructible regarding terrain and bounding around. I like that it has a second battery and the charger has a light on it to show when the battery is fully charged. I don't like two things about it, but they are relatively minor. One is that you have to take off the body to turn the car on and off. I wish there was a button you could press on the bottom. The second is the clips that keep the body attached. They are small and I have a tough time getting them back on using just my fingers. They can be a tight fit. I'm assuming the clips loosen up a bit with use, though. The signal from the remote covers a large area so it is great for using outdoors. You have the speed and remote range to really get it going on the open ground.

The plastic axels are simply insufficient for the amount of power this thing has. Axels broke on the 2 trucks that I brought within the first 2 hours of drive time. Luckily was able to get a refund. UPDATE the seller contacted me after leaving this review. I explained to them the problem with the plastic axels. I’ve become a bit of an RC enthusiast and am pretty knowledgeable, metal drivetrains are a must. They graciously sent me another car, free of charge. Unfortunately the same part broke again within the first 3 uses. Attached picture. Aside from the “brittle” axels, this is a decent RC for beginners. Hopefully they will update their design and include better shocks as well.

Very fast little car, great 4x4 ability. Comes with two batteries and a charging cable. The remote is adjustable. The car is easy to operate and pretty fun.

Update: Plastic axel broke after under 5 hours of use. As another reviewer said, the plastic axels can't handle the torque of the motor. I'd look for something with stronger axels or see if you can get metal replacements. I don't know much about RC cars so keep that in mind but overall I really like the LFOLUSU RC car. It required minimal assembly. All that was needed was to put the spoiler on the back, which isn't required but looks better. After than all I had to do was connect the battery on the car, add 3 AA batteries (not included) to the controller, turn them both on, and pull the trigger. In seconds I was ripping around my yard and driveway. For the price ($72.99 after coupon) I wanted to make sure replacement parts are available because this is to expensive to break and just throw away. The instructions are actually well written and come with a parts list with numbers. None of the packing seems to have a brand name, but after searching part numbers it appears they are from a company called SCY. I found a few websites that sell the parts so I feel better about replacing them. So this car seems to be a rebranded SCY car. From looking on Amazon I get the feeling there are a lot of these cars that are being sold by different companies. Of note, a quick search online for SCY brought up replacement parts but didn't bring up any forum or hobbyist websites that I saw, so I wouldn't count on much online support. Over all for around $70 it seems like an above average car that would be a great starter for adults and kids over 10. My main concern is longevity, parts breaking, and support form this company. This seems to be their only product and I don't trust them to exist in a year. If I end up needing to replace anything I will try to order parts and I will update my review accordingly. Pros: - Extra battery - Seems to hit advertised speed of 25 mph. I did not scientifically test this - Easy assembly. Only needed to put on the spoiler. - Instructions are well written - Has reverse and breaking ability - Front LED lights - Optional wheelie bar - Easy to use controls - Has speed throttle/limiter dial. It still is pretty fast even down the whole way. - The seller was responsive in answering my question about spare parts. Although I wish they would have expanded on their answer and give guidance on where to get these spare parts. Cons: - This seems to be at least one rebrand level deep, maybe two. - It's really hard to tell who makes this, which model it really is, and where to get parts. I found websites that sell them and should I need them I will give it a try. - There doesn't seem to be a lot of online support for this brand or the one it seems to be a rebrand of. You might be on your own for troubleshooting and parts support.
