Delivery was on time. Nothing to assemble. Just take the handle bars off to remove protective foam, remove from the box, check the air pressure in the tires and charge the battery. My grandson loves it.

We bought one of these last year and it’s been great for my 5 and 8 year old. Wish it had a reverse button though. We tried 2 times to purchase a second one and both times the rear axel was bent and we had to return it. We give up at this point.

Bought these for our three kids 8,10, and 12. It recommends 14 and up but it seems fine for mine. Size is great and the power seems just right. Not too fast that they are dangerous and scary, but not too slow like it a little kid version would be. May be a bit much for the 8 year old but she loves it. I make them wear helmets and gloves. The younger two have fallen off a couple times as they get the hang of going over rough terrain. These are pretty heavy duty, even I can get on them and ride as it supports up to 220lbs. A few things I don’t like: -No reverse. They have to get off the quad and drag it backwards if they need to back up. -Uncomfortable seat. No padding. -I wish the batteries were lithium ion but that would probably make it too expensive. The batteries do seems to last a good long time though (hour or so.) Those are the only things keeping it from a 5 star ratings for me. I can’t fully comment on durability yet as they are new to us. I don’t think I would jump them or anything but they seem sturdy enough to race around our property including some off road bumps and hills. The kids have rolled them over a time or two and they didn’t break. It comes fully assembled, you just have to adjust the handlebars and charge it. Value seems good. You can find cheaper, but I’d trust Razor products before some other off brand thing. My kids weren’t ready for an ATV with and engine yet so these make perfect sense for us. Got this for my kid and I can say it's best gift you can buy for your kid, got it for my 6 years old, he already had one from walmart for few years, so I could let him ride this, couple weeks of training and good to go, I wouldn't recommend it for 14+ I think it should be 8+ Bought 2 years ago, still riding like a chemp, I just keep it clean and the chain oiled. Great quality, instruction says up to 220lbs, so I ride it myself very often 😁, parts avilable and I like it. Only regret is I should have bought one more, I bought mine for $650, right now its 1200. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Over all it’s a great quad for beginners. My son got it for Christmas last year. We went on a camping trip this summer and took it. And he had a blast on it. After a fixed a couple things. The wheel broke off from unloading out of the truck and had to redneck engineer it to work cuz the wheel mounts are on back order and don’t know when they would be in. The shock mount need lock tight cuz the bolts came loose while he was riding it and it fell off. But really that’s what you get with any quad or dirt bike. You will need to fix things with anything. But all in all it’s a great beginner quad. He still loves it and rides it all the time. ... show more

UPDATE: We've had this bike for about 3 months now. Still working fine and keeps a good charge. Our kiddo looks forward to riding it on clear days. So far, still highly recommend! We bought this to replace a 24v ride on for our 6 year old. It was definitely worth the purchase! He loves it so much, and so do we. The speed is perfect for a vehicle this small. It's not slow, and not too fast for little ones. Be aware that this thing is heavy. It's too soon to speak on durability, but currently it's certainly sturdy and appears that it will hold up fine. Our kiddo is on the tall side for his age, and he will definitely have this for years to come. We're already talking about buying another for myself because I was able to ride it comfortably (I'm approx. 165lbs). From our experience so far, we would recommend. ... show more

Bought this ev quad for my 3 year old daughter and she absolutely loves it! Added an air shock instead of the coil spring and it rides very good for her weight. Original Review: We purchased this in the spring of 2021. Our 4 year old learned quickly and has loved it ever since. But exactly one year after our purchase (which was not by any means cheap) a piston has broken in half, rendering the motor dead and we have to buy a new one for $150. Not happy about that. At $600 it should certainly last more than a year and/or have some sort of multiple year warranty. Would not recommend because of this. Update: I decided as a Hail Mary to reach out to Razor directly. I got a response the next day and Razor is sending me a new motor as a customer courtesy. We'll see if it works when it gets here (and how long it will be until that one dies as well) but I'm really impressed with the quick response and resolution and great customer service. ... show more
