Way to go, Razer! I love these speakers! First, let's talk about the RGB, just to get that out of the way. I love it. It's customizable, it looks great, and it's something that I incorporate into every part of my build whenever possible. Is it worth the extra money compared to the Nommo? That's up to you to decide! Now, let's talk about the size. For what they are, I thought they'd take up more space on my desk than they do. I'm able to fit them onto my already crowded desk with ease, position them to where I want them, and still be able to reach the control knobs, hear them well, etc. They're perfect in my scenario. How do they sound though? Honestly; pretty damn good! I wasn't expecting them to sound as good as I think they do. I'd watched several reviews on YouTube before purchasing, so I knew they had a good sound quality, but it honestly is better than I expected, especially when it comes to the bass. It can be easily adjusted with the bass knob on the base of the right speaker, and it's very boomy when it's turned all the way up. It doesn't drown out the mids or highs though, which come through very well at all volume levels and bass levels. Nice and crisp! These honestly are amazing to me, and I think anyone would be happy with them if they're already thinking about getting them. They're not Sennheiser level of sound quality, but for being made by a company that makes products for gaming, these do well in all scenarios; games, movies and music! ... show more

I have recently jumped on the Razer band wagon; mouse, keyboard, etc... Sadly, my old trusty pair of Logitech speakers finally kicked the bucket and it was time to find a replacement. I was leery of buying these speakers at this price point, especially with the mixed reviews, but I took the gamble on them because of how much I've enjoyed their other products. I've had them for a couple months now and I haven't had a single issue with the sound. Having come from a speaker set up that had a subwoofer, I was worried about the bass but these speakers put out a good amount of it. Especially when gaming or watching a movie. I think the only "con" I can muster is that they're fairly large in stature, if you're gaming on a small desk these may not be the best option because they do take up a fair amount of real estate. All in all, if you want some good looking speakers that pack a punch and add a touch of light to your desk, I would absolutely recommend these speakers. ... show more

First and foremost, I'm not a "Razer fanboy". I still love these speakers. They have no audio input lag, good bass, and clear sound for GAMING. I use these for music also, but at lower volumes while studying. Speakers feel durable and well made, not light like the cheap trash speakers that are on the market. These speakers are TALL. That is something I wish I knew beforehand, as I had to place the speakers behind my dual monitors otherwise they would cover the screen. These are NOT height adjustable, which for the price point, I feel that these should be. Another minor gripe is the RGB lighting looks cheap and not high quality. I like the clarity of sound on these speakers! It's very noticeable! It can get loud, too, without the sound getting distorted, which is great! Volume adjustment using the volume knob is also easy. The size is a little big, but not an issue, unless you are really pressed for space on your desktop. The black color makes it easy to blend in with the rest of my furniture. The performance is pretty good for gaming and even watching content. Easy to setup with your pc however a big drawback for some is that the included power brick is quite bulky and there are some other options that could be better value.

    • Excellent Speakers for my PS5

I recently made the change from TV to monitor for gaming on my PS5 so I needed some speakers. I saw that these had excellent reviews so I bought them. I usually don't write reviews but I wanted to come here and let PS5 users specifically know that if you want the best quality sound don't plug in the USB port from the speakers into the PS5. Just let it hang, unplugged. I had it plugged in initially and my sound was so low I could barely hear it even with messing with the PS5 audio settings. Maybe this was because I had the USB and the aux plugged in at the same time? Idk, I'm not that tech savvy. Lol. I actually thought that I was going to return them... After messing around a bit with the plug ins, I decided to unplug the USB and only use the aux cord from the speakers plugged into the monitor. This changed everything. The sound quality is excellent. I'm usually running the speakers at like 50% volume or lower and that is more than enough. I play Souls games and Call of Duty and I can hear EVERYTHING. I definitely recommend these speakers to any PS5/console user switching to a monitor setup. Oh and the LED lighting is a sick touch too. ... show more
