This review is not about the product itself. You can easily find lots of review about the keyboard. I bought this renewed keyboard because it is almost 50% of the new one. Knowing this is back by Amazon. I gave it a try. When it arrived, I was a bit disappointed because it did not come with the original box. However, once I opened it, I am surprise to see how "clean" the keyboard was. It was like brand new! It was super clean. No sight of usage at all. Everything works flawlessly. Yes, I don't have the original box and even the manual which I can easily download from the web, but I save myself over $100. Obviously, buying a renewed product is tricky. Sometimes you get something like new and sometimes you don't. But at least Amazon gives 90 days return windows. It is definitely worth the try. Highly recommended

I had to switch from my g703 to a basilisk due to double clicking issues so I got this keyboard to celebrate my switch back to razer. My old keyboard is a G915. There is nothing wrong with that keyboard! I am just a wireless enthusiastt, wires are an absolute nightmare. One reason why I like razer so much are their switches, they make their own! Razer greens compare to cherry blues which are my favorite switch of all time, not that logitec's half profile switches are bad but I missed the travel on the keys. Although I wouldn't say this keyboard is as attractive as the g915! I actually think the rgb on the g915 is brighter, and the brushed metal on that keyboard is rediculously cool. However the matte keycaps are texturized and feel fantastic compared to the g915's glossy fingerprint magnet keycaps. And without rgb, it reminds me of my dell keyboard growing up. It's really not a bad aesthetic and very modest. This wristrest omfg. Best I've ever used, it's literally like a pillow! I've never kept a wristrest before. They always ended up collecting dust in the box until I decided I wouldn't return the keyboard and then it'd end up in the trash but this one I'm gonna be using for so long. I will say this was the hardest keyboard to set up. Chroma is powerful software, and I can do a lot more than I could with logitec or steelseries. I especially love being able to add an audio visualizer, and a layer below it to spectrum shift between green and yellow when itunes is muted. But synapse sucks. You better have a backup keyboard because if you don't have synapse installed you're screwed. This is not a plug and play keyboard. And it jacked up installing the firmware and wouldn't work wireless, only in wired mode. The backlit is not working when it arrives. Returned it. Some funny things here: I bought another razer renewed keyboard https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B08T62SX3M/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 , whose backlit is not working, either. From the outlook, I can see the keyboard base has been opened. Personally, I won't recommend you to buy the keyboard in both places. I don't know how the biz runs with Amazon. Is it possible that the seller CTGINC "fixes" the keyboard and makes it looks decent without backlit on and sells it to customer, when the customer returns, somehow it can get benefits from Amazon?

Bought this Amazon renewed. When it arrived, the backlight didn't work at all, not even the basic stuff (num lock etc...). Otherwise this keyboard is awesome, and when my replacement arrives in a working condition I'll update this to 5 stars.

Not too much to say. The look, the feel and best of all the sound. I love mechanical keyboards. Some might be turned off by the price if you're not familiar with what mechanical keyboards are, but for the quality of the keys and switches, the price is actually very reasonable. Plus it's a Razer. I also have a Razer mouse and headset, all of wich are very high quality products for very reasonable prices.

I am really starting to like this keyboard since the keys are really easy to press down but one issue is that it makes too much noise since it's mechanical. A lot of keyboards have keys that are too hard to press down and I can't exceed 120wpm with them, so I went for this one. I really don't care for the mechanical keyboard noise but it looked like the keyboard (of which I forgot the name of) so I went for it.

Gave it a chance, got burned. Waiting to see if the replacement will be fully functional. If it is, I'll update the review. Also shipping was terrible. The box was ripped and worn with very little padding, basically the width, length, and height of the keyboard itself. I could hear the keys clicking when I put any pressure on the box. When I pulled the keyboard out, half the keys had been popped off. I had to pull up a photo of the keyboard to figure where exactly all the keys went.

I have one at home so i bought one for work and i dont regret it in either application. For gaming its crisp actuation makes me feel competitive or even that i have a slight advantage. At work my fingers are able to find the perfectly spaced keys for very efficient typing.
