    • Great idea for niche use cases, could use minor refinement.
I’ve been using this sleeve for a bit now and I think it does a really good job at what it’s fundamentally supposed to do, which is protect your laptop. The materials feel high quality, the structure has enough rigidity to inspire confidence, and I had no concerns using it in my carry-on suitcase instead of putting my laptop in my backpack. It handled travel well and kept everything protected. That said, I think how you plan to use it matters a lot. If you’re already putting your laptop into a backpack with a built-in sleeve, this feels like unnecessary bulk. It makes more sense as a standalone case when you want something protective without carrying a full bag. The built-in charging feature is interesting, but I’m a little mixed on it. Since the sleeve doesn’t have its own battery, you’re pulling power from your laptop, and that makes me hesitant to use it unless I know I’ll be near a charger. If I’m out for a full day, I don’t really want my laptop draining faster just to charge my phone. I can see it being useful in short scenarios, like hopping between conference rooms for a few hours, but it feels a bit niche. There are also some small design things that could be improved. You just have to throw the cable connecting your laptop to the charging pad loose inside the sleeve, which isn’t ideal since it's rubbing against the laptop and could scratch it up. It would be much nicer if the cable could tuck into the charging section itself like you see with some power banks. Fit-wise, it handled both of my 16-inch laptops, but one was noticeably tighter than the other. I wouldn’t assume it will fit every 16-inch machine, especially thicker ones like gaming laptops. I needed a laptop sleeve for my 14 inch laptop so I saw this one which also has wireless charging, so I wanted to try that out also. The quality is amazing the outside of it is made of really durable polyester weave like what some backpacks are made out of, and it has a stiffness to it instead of being fully soft which i really like because it will protect the laptop a lot better and it has a magnetic flap to keep it closed till you open it again while also having reinforced edges which probably can take some drops or dings, But sorry I am not doing that test with my laptop inside it hehe. The interior has a gray color which is also nicely padded which will keep the laptop from getting scratched and as you can see it fits my 14 inch laptop in it really good with even more room to spare for up to 16 inch laptops, another thing I like I thought my laptop would slide around in it but it doesn't which the padding prevents it from doing that and keeps a snug fit around it. And this sleeve has function to it which is the magnet wireless charging that can charge 2 devices at the same time as long as it is plugged into the laptop with the included USB Type C cable, and as you can see it does work very well charging my phone and even my earbuds reasonably fast with hardly any heat while also being a desk pad for the laptop, so this is a pretty neat and well done accessory for laptops. I have 0 cons to say about this laptop sleeve, sure it can look expensive because it is but it is a high quality sleeve and really thin with hardly any bulk to it which can also charge up your wireless charging devices, and I much prefer it get power from the laptop instead of having a battery built in the sleeve which is more simple and one less battery not having to worry about. So it does get a solid 5 stars from me I love it and it goes with my laptop perfect👍 ... show more
