After 3 years of careful use, my $75 Serengetti's with plastic lens are covered with short fine scratches and I feel like it affects the crispness of my vision when driving and trying to read distant signs. My 3 year old RayBan's with glass lenses show three or four eighth inch long fine scratches and my vision is much, much crisper. But my old RayBan's are 58 mm... and I wanted a pair a bit bigger at 62 mm... they came in 2 days, the RayBan logo matches perfectly, old vs. new... the 58 mm weight 1.05 ounces... the new 62 mm weighs 1.27 ounces, so they are glass, they absolutely are genuine RayBans. Also, the Serengetti's lost a screw, a pain to find a replacement, and RayBans have never lost a screw. ... show more

I have doubts these are real. When compared to eat bans brought from their site, the inside markings don't match. If you own a pair of bans you know to be authentic, look on the inside of the frame. These are near identicle, except for the actual lense color and he inside eteching, does not include made in Italy as it does on true bans. I can't be sure, but I own multiple bans purchased off the real site, the markings and lens color leads me to think these may not actually be authentic. If I'm going to buy good mimics I don't want to pay true value. Just saying.. ... show more

These fit and look good on almost any shape face. I get complimented on them all the time. I have the matte gold/brown lenses and they are very stylish. They go with any outfit from casual to dressy. This is my second pair (first pair was taken by my daughter in college). If these get "lost", I'll be ordering another pair! I can't seem to adjust them right no matter how much I try. They're constantly falling down my nose. Not sure if I just haven't figured it out or if it's because they're a bit heavy and they're going to slide no matter what.
