I am a woman who is 5'5" tall and I weigh 130 lbs. I was looking for a sturdy, inflatable kayak that I could handle myself without needing any help. So far I have used the kayak for 2 weeks during vacation this summer in a harbor off of Green Bay, WI. As its sides are lower profile, this would not be a good kayak for rougher waters where you might want a skirt to keep water out of the kayak. This kayak is not designed for a skirt. Everything you need is in the package and the kayak is light enough that I can inflate it (dual-action pump included), carry it in and out of the water, deflate it, and bundle it back up into its carry bag without any help. I did practice inflating, attaching the foot pads and fin, then deflating the kayak and folding it back up at home first. This helped me get set up really quickly when on vacation so that I no longer had to refer to the instructions. I also watched a YouTube video on how to get into and out of the kayak along shore and in deep water. When I got home from vacation, I partially inflated the kayak in-doors so that it could fully dry out. Even though I had dried it with a towel before leaving for home, the nylon handles on the kayak need more time to fully dry out. All-in-all, the kayak is very sturdy (drop stitch design), has a comfortable seat, adjustable foot pads, and has room behind the seat for a small cooler, or other gear, and places to attach your waterproof bags. I've only had it for two paddles, but I love it so far. Very sturdy build and easy to maneuver. Takes about 7 minutes to pump up. Maybe a bit tippy, but that's because you're up high. Easy to get the hang of it. Easy to carry. Love it!

You want the best inflatablle recreational kyak on the market-well,this is it.Once inflated,it feels and handles like a solid body kyak,except its faster then a comprable sized solid bidy because its about one third the weight.Factor in the superior portability,high qualiy materials and three year warranty,and you are definitly getting your moneys worth.Plus,from the high quality materials and superoir workmanship, I would expect this boat to last YEARS,not just a season or two. You know,I was going to buy some liquid patch just in case,but after seeing the naterial this is made from,Im not going to bother. Style: EZLITE10 Pro Carbon Kayak
A nice little drop stitch inflatable boat with a V-ish hull that more resembles a deeper sit-on kayak. That said, it is not a very wide boat, but surprisingly it can hold more than you think. Larger (200lbs & above) paddlers may feel unstable & tippy in this boat till they get the hang of paddling it. You will need to run with the skeg on to keep the rear from coming around on you, till you learn where the seat needs to be for your paddling style. Once you figure everything out, run with the skeg off all you want. Smaller (thinner/lighter)paddlers will have no issues maneuvering and should really like this boat as it allows room to move around & not feel so confined. There is some storage up in the nose & dry bags can be stowed between your feet & behind the seat. The added little bungee cords on the nose & back allow small items to be secured. Again, it will hold more than you think with a little planning. This craft doesn't sit that far above the water, so taking wakes head on is best. I would not take this craft on rivers with anything larger than a Class I. (maybe a Class II rapid if the paddler is whitewater experienced, but even that might be cring worthy) Like all other kayaks, your butt falls asleep and your legs will go numb from sitting too long. The seat provided is very good. It's just a fact unless you're still under 40 or have buns of steel. Getting into this craft takes some planning depending on your height & weight. I put mine in a rolling kayak launch (no skeg on) & did get myself rolled off, but it wasn't easy. Getting out takes planning too since this boat doesn't sit far above the water. Short/Tall/Light/Heavy will all need to figure out what works for them & if water does get in, just take your stuff out, lift and flip on its side to drain or undo the drain plug at the tail & tilt the nose up to drain. My package came with the carbon paddle. It's a great paddle, but my hands were sweating, so in the lake they went a lot, which messed with my grip. The hand pump that is provided with this boat is more than sufficient. You will have inflated in less than 10 minutes, so take your time. I have 2 electric pumps for my paddleboards & won't be using them for this craft. It's just not necessary. Worth the price, not sure yet, but will update once I get more use out of this boat. Yes, a bit pricey, but worth every dollar and "pound"! Easy, quick inflation by battery pump ( less than 5 minutes), easy transport to water (yep 26 pounds before seat installed; couple more pounds) and incredible ease paddling and tracking! This kayak is far more comfortable than a hard-side kayak. It is well made, lightweight, portable, and easy to set up. Maneuvers well in high winds. And customer service, which seems to be non-existent nowadays, is real people on the line and the absolute best.
