Why did you pick this product vs others?: I really wanted to like it, however, Horrible battery life. Product just stopped working after 3 days. Audio volume is lame, way too low and not loud enough. Transitions don't get dark enough. Don't waste your money.

5 stars for delivery! 4 stars overall because it appears I paid for NEW glasses but I have received previously used glasses. I had to delete previous user and the box was not sealed (attached picture). The glasses themselves are AWESOME 5 stars AWESOME! The Fit and Weight are incredible! The sound quality and photo and video quality is AMAZING! I absolutely LOVE these. I am Praying I don't have any issues due to previous use. I will update this review if I do. I LOVE taking pictures I can't wait to see the world through these glasses!

This was extremely annoying. I order a lot of used, or rather, “renewed,” items on Amazon, but something i put on my face wasn’t going to be one of them. I ordered and paid for a brand new item, and i got this used crap. Finger prints on the lenses, the tab that covers the charger was gone, the ray-band lenses cloth was taken. Upon turning the thing on for what i was hoping was for the first time, the Meta AI app tells me these glasses are registered to someone else, and i have to factory reset. Great. So I can’t really make an unboxing video. Nor was I able to make a fresh start video. Amazon needs to do better with either organizing or safeguarding inventory, because no one should have this much buys remorse. Now, the glasses. If you want them to be functioning as sun glasses, don’t get the transitions. These do not get dark like at all. I am not exaggerating, as sun glasses, they are actually terrible. As day to day glasses, or tech on my face, i like it enough. well, that’s after i gave it a good alcohol wipe down. They couldn’t exchange it for me in time because they didn’t have any more in stock. Meta AI so far needs some work, but not terrible. Buy them. Maybe wait til they are more available so Amazon doesn’t accidentally send you something used. Don’t expect the transitions other than black to be good.

Ordered the glasses brand new. The glasses did work. But, they seemed used upon receiving them. They weren’t even in the original box. They were also just loose in a random box with just bubble wrap on top of them. It was missing everything except the glasses and the case. No papers, no cord, no instruction manual or anything related. The color also did not look the same as the photos. And the transitions, were basically useless as they didn’t get dark at all. (Darkest they’d change in the photos). The glasses also just fit poorly. Sliding down my face, and resting in a weird way. Again, I do love the glasses and functionality, but this pair had something off about them and seem to be used. Everything is in the photos below.

Glasses are fine. Work like they should. Color isn't what is pictured though. Delivery was an absolute nightmare. It was lost a few times in delivery even though it hadn't shipped yet. If I were you just order from the actual site. I ordered dark brown. These are like a greyish color.
