    • Vacuum Good, Auto Start Non Functional.
The vacuum works great. The auto start does not. I have followed directions to get auto start operating and have had no success with two new machines. I believe I followed instructions in the manual to get it operational but have not had any success. I have reported this issue many times with the manufacturer to no avail. I even sent a video showing the procedure I followed. Although service is responsive I get the same reply with simply echos the manual as to how to get auto start working. The vacuum works quite well, auto start does not. If you need a vacuum to go with your CNC this one is a good choice. If you want one where you do not mind manually running the vacuum then this one does the trick. If auto start is a non starter avoid this vacuum. Didn't last very long. Plastic motor burnt out.

    • Worked great until the motor burned out
The vacuum worked great before the motor burned out on the second use. I’m wondering if it is not supposed to be run continuously - not sure and there is no indication in the instructions. I’ve setup this for return and am ordering a second one to see what happens.
