The product arrived quickly and was nicely packaged in a small box. Initially, I was hesitant about purchasing it, but I'm glad I did. It contains all the circuits I wanted, including WiFi, sound, buttons, LEDs, and sensors, and they even included a remote control. If you don't want to deal with cables or connections, this is the perfect option. It also comes with an integrated screen and a Raspberry Pi Pico card, and all the boards can be separated and additional cards can be added. The box also includes a USB cable and connection cables. The remote control is fantastic.... There is also a quick start guide included in the box, and you can also scan a QR code to view it online. I tried a few of the pre-made codes, and they work great. Overall, it's a simple and effective Raspberry product. There are three different packages available, and I purchased the base kit. I'm looking forward to getting the largest set next week. The included remote control is amazing, and I can control it from a distance. I combined it with my smart lamp, and now I can automatically control the lights when I enter the room or get into bed. I'm turning my house into a smart home just the way I want it. Thanks.

This has everything needed for a newbie or a dabbler to start or continue your education in the world of Raspberry Pi Single-board computers and interacting with TONS of peripheral/add-on devices, sensors, etc. Included is the Raspberry Pi Pico W itself (a Pico tiny Pi board with WIFI), and a picobricks baseplate full of addons (reminiscent of the 100-in-one electronics kits I grew up with), and all the easy connection cables & jumper cords needed to wire up projects & learn without needing to do messy soldering (which I'm awful at still!). Everything from buttons, LEDs, Temperature/Humidity sensors, a tiny screen, a buzzer, and more are included. All the projects are SUPER detailed, with an included project book, and online support (Too few instructional/educational products include printed manuals these days, and it makes things SO much easier!). A great kit for beginners or even dabblers to learn more and interface with tons of devices, all around!

Book instructions don't match. I've used other ardunio kits that in this format and are easier to use and cheaper then this one by $20 dollars. Companys update web site but not book that comes with kit. Making it hard to follow. I couldn't use instructions to even reset. But the kit setup is a good idea. If price was lower and instructions matched then this would have been a five.

I got this for a teenager so we could work getting their hands-on experience with microcontrollers. There are a number of paths to use them. We tried MicroBlocks which is "a blocks programming language for physical computing inspired by Scratch." The kids are already used to controlling Lego Mindstorm using the Scratch programming language so I'm hoping this will be an easy springboard into doing interesting things. This kit comes with a glorious selection of different sensors and wifi enabled. Things are about to get fun.

This is a very excellent kit for the price. A great tutorial manual and plenty of projects to do to keep you busy for a long time. I'm not a programmer and dont have any Raspberry Pi experience, but this kit makes it easy to learn. I'm glad I purchased it and will expand on it later as my knowledge grows.

This is a super fun kit and the hardware works really well. The only issues I had were that the instructions were a bit out of date and didn't match the current Microblocks interface and Microblocks had issues connecting at first. Software is going to change so it's not really surprising but maybe a note to remind people of that and point to current instructions online would help. The instructions also said to update with the standard RPi Pico firmware and mine came with a Pico W. I found the project's GitHub page to be a lot more useful than the included instructions but at the same time I'm glad they included some instructions in the box. At this point I've kept all of my modules attached as I play around with Microblocks and will move on to the Python development shortly. You don't have to attach any wires while the modules are attached as there are traces in the PCB. If you find a project that you only need a few modules for you can snap everything apart and just wire up what you need. It's an innovative approach to helping people familiarize themselves with everything and then customizing. I feel like it's a bit expensive as the PIco W is only $6 and there's definitely not $60+ of modules included. It is a nice implementation though and would be a great gift for someone getting into electronics.
