This is slightly nicer than IKEA furniture. It was super easy to put together and took a bit longer than 45 minutes with pauses from the toddler “helping” to put it together. Directions were easy to follow and parts were well organized. I chose this as an alternative to the Montessori style toy storage shelving that is popular right now because a) it’s a better color and fits with our decor and b) I really like the angled shelf intended for records as an oversized book storage spot. Throw some soft sided bins from target in the bottom and voila! a toy storage shelf that isn’t super ugly and I won’t hate looking at. As an added bonus in a couple of years when Bub doesn’t have all this crap in my living room, we can actually put records and a record player in it!

Once assembled, this is a pretty great turntable stand. Depending on how you use it, it will hold upwards of 300 records. Not gonna lie, it's a pain to put together - it's not rocket-science, but there are a TON of pieces that look similar and you have to get them just right. You also have to do most of it with a little Allen-key. There are many many tiny little things to beef it up - stickers to cover the screws, clips to hold the back pieces in place, etc.. However, it is worth it - at least for the price. It is heavy and sturdy, btut no on his going to mistake it for something from Restoration Hardware. Each section holds somewhere around 50-75 records, but they start getting a little hard to negotiate as they get really full - especially if you use the wire dividers. I love the top bin that lets you flip through the records while they face you. The long middle section is good to break up the space and would begged to fit a component stereo, but there is no hole for cables in the back - I was able to drill one myself, and you could leave the back plate off altogether. I ran out of space in a couple of months but that will vary by user. For now I am using separate cube-bins on the side but am thinking of getting a second unit (but opposite) to put next to it.

The stand looks great and is everything I was looking for in a turntable/vinyl storage stand. The instructions for assembly were shockingly easy to follow, and I had no issues putting it together by myself. I did get help to stand it upright after I finished putting it together, because I didn't want risk trying to do that alone.

I looked for months for a new record player stand but didn't want to break the bank. This table is great. I like the milk crate type storage that allows you to flip through the records. The only complaint I have is the storage area to the bottom left looks like you can store additional records there. You can't without them sticking out due to the angled shelf above. But very minor and still rate this item as 9/10. Assembly was easy and took about 30 minutes. I really like this purchase and recommend to anyone looking for style and storage.

This piece is amazing. Practical, sophisticated, retro, modern. Fits perfectly in my little space there. The assembly sheets says 45 min to assemble, but it took about 3 times as long. No biggie, still easy to put together. Great price for a fine item. Very sturdy, balanced. I love it. Definitely recommend.
