Revised review, the seller apologized and refunded the total price I paid! Good customer service is still out there for some companies! Product had a very strong perfume smell and was watered down.     • Useless ...and I have no turkey neck.
I have no turney neck. The left side of my neck is OK. --Only on the right side of my neck I have a little teenie weenie thing that I would like to see disappear. I tried this product only on the right side so that I could compare. I expected the right side of my neck to look as good as the left side. I used this product for 2 and a half months and saw NO improvement whatsoever. Nothing. The lengthy, endless story told on the web by the cosmetic surgeon sounded fishy from the beginning.     • Poor packaging design
I like the product. It seems to tighten the skin on my neck. I hate the packaging. Twice the lid came off and I lost a great deal of product out of the tube that was then wasted. It’s not an inexpensive product so I feel like I lost a lot! I don’t understand how to use it!

I wish I had taken a before picture. I've been using this product for just about a month and my neck is no longer sagging and crepey like it was prior. At first, I didn't think it was doing anything but my neck felt soft and moisturized. Then I started to carry it with me during the day, putting it on & rubbing it in 1st thing in morning, mid-day & during my night routine. I let it dry, then patted on a good castor oil morning & night. Then did a good pat-down massage for about 2 minutes. My husband can't believe the results....especially considering it took only a month to transform the vertical old looking lines to fresh looking skin. I will keep using this product!!! The pic is what used to be my problem area, just at the base of my neck in the front. At 65 years old, my skin is a work in progress but at least those lines are gone! ... show more

    • Love the product but cant get it out of tube
Crazy package. Hard to see arrow on top you dint know if its open or not. When it does come out ( you only know by smell) you roll with top. That feels good and helps smooth out area. Smell is a little wonky but goes away quickly. I feel like it deodoes smooth the area.

After applying the neck and eye cream, I was left with an unsightly yellow tinge, that could not be covered by make up. Waste of money!
