I was immediately impressed with the degree of packaging and care they took to individually wrap each component and the protection within the box. I am surprised with the quality as most low to mid-range cost lights do not feel this durable. My favorite part so far is the base. It's heavy, sturdy, and I don't anticipate it easily falling over with each adjustment as I would with other lights I've worked with. The remote is a little difficult to understand but not too much so. It took around a minute to get used to it but I was able to figure it out quickly (just press mode and adjust!). Other perks: the light comes fully charged so it can be used without having to plug it in, the remote snaps right into the back of the light, and you can adjust to a color number and reuse that number in the future! Hope this helps! Definitely worth a try.

The light is bright, and has the range indicated, but the remote controls are not very intuitive. It took me nearly an hour to interpret the instructions and fumble my way through the settings before I got the lamp to the color I wanted it to be. I seriously almost sent it back before I stumbled on the combination of settings I was looking for. I do like that the remote tucks nicely on the back of the lamp, so the next time I want to change the color (Heaven help me) I'll at least be able to find the remote.

The media could not be loaded. Great light for multiple functions. Comes with a removable remote. Simple to operate and bright light. Battery is most optimal around 10% and below which is still bright for this light. Great buy in the lighting department.

Works great! I really like that you can adjust the brightness and the color. The stand that it comes with is shorter than I expected but it doesn't take up much space on my desk so it works well. I also like that it comes with a remote so I don't have to reach behind it every time to adjust something. Overall, I'm very happy with it!

There's so much good content creation equipment on the market now I can't really keep up with it all. One of the really cool things about this market dynamic is that I'm always coming across excellent products by companies that I previously knew little if anything about. This light setup is a perfect example. I'd not tried anything by Raleno until now. I had no problem with the brand, but I had just gravitated toward several of the more better known 'brand names' when I needed lights and related equipment. Ironically enough, my biggest takeaway from trying out this RaLeno streaming key light is that it is significantly better than a similar product I have on my desk from one of the biggest (if not *the* biggest) manufacturers of computer peripherals, mice, keyboards, webcams, etc. in the industry. I have their most recent light release, which they bill as a 'Premium LED Streaming Key Light'. It's not a bad light for what it is. This light is better, top to bottom at a virtually identical price point. In fact, I just checked at right now at least they're the exact same price. The 'major brand' light emphasizes that their key light puts out a very soft, diffused light that makes just about everyone look better on webcam. Indeed, it sure does in my experience. The RaLeno streaming key light does it as well or better. The big difference is that the RaLeno product does this *and* everything else you want from a light used for photo/video. The light is nice and bright and very easy to adjust to your needs. Brightness is adjustable from 0% to 100%, color temp is adjustable from 3200k to 5600k, color gamut 0-360°, saturation 1%-100%. It comes with a really nice desk stand. A lot of lights try to cut corners with their stand/tripod but not here--the badse is *very* heavy and substantial. It won't tip over easily. It telescopes up about 2.5 feet--not super high but high enough that you can do different things with it. The head rotates 360 degrees *and* the stand lets you adjust the angle of the light 360 degrees. In addition to the 1/4" screw on the top of the stand there are multiple adapters including a cold shoe mount. Typically, stands like this are an afterthought but I've been using the stand on its own with other devices. It also has an excellent remote control--the 2.4G remote has a HD LCD display and all of the buttons you need to control mode, function, channel, group, etc. You can control multiple lights with it as well. It has a type C charging port but one of its best tricks--it fits into a slot on the bag of the light and stays there magnetically. You can charge it this way as well. The light has a built in 4000 mAh battery. It says it supplies 85 minutes of battery power but I've been using it plugged in. My only gripe is a minor one--I wish it had some sort of case/bag for storage and transport. The box is functional for this purpose but I'd much rather have something else. Then again, most other lights of this type and at this price point don't include a box. That's a minor thing--otherwise this light knocks it out of the park. If there's a better streaming key light at this price point I sure haven't seen it. Highly recommended!!
