I’ve had a very sore right elbow (right hand dominant) for nearly two months. I have not yet been to a medical professional for a diagnosis. I am 5’7”, 180lbs, and ordered a medium sleeve, to see if it could relieve some of the discomfort when working. I would describe the fit as very snug, as expected. I have worn it for several days. I would not suggest it removes any existing pain, at least not initially. I would observe that wearing the sleeve is a subconscious reminder to ‘take it easy’ with my arm as possible, and prevent worsening of my problem. The muscle support is comforting, and that is enough to justify any improvement. I acknowledge the sleeve is not intended as a medical device as such, but it does help provide help while healing. ... show more

Brace yourself.... for excellence! I have lived in pain for many, many years due to unmanageable RA. It's terrible, keeping it kid friendly, but I'm more or less used to it, that is until my elbow starting hurting. I knew it wasn't from the RA because RA doesn't attack larger joints so it was most likely bursitis just like in my knees and shoulders. Now, because of my "partnership" with pain, definitely on the losing end of that arrangement, I pretty much have every brace, machine, cream, gel, etc. out there but nothing of any substance or quality for the elbow. Once I realized that, to Amazon I went. After doing my due diligence, I settled on this and I must admit, I am quite happy I did. I am not going to exaggerate or blow smoke up anywhere, continuing to keep it kid friendly, and sing its praises for it is not the end all be all. What I will do is tell you it is one of the best braces, if not the best elbow one, I have ever used. It's not a miracle worker, I didn't put it on and 5 seconds later, the pain was gone. No, it did take its time but nothing extreme or extensive and ultimately, in the end, it did it's job. I would not be sitting here typing away as I am had it not worked, let's be real. And, I definitely wouldn't stand behind this product had it not, especially as someone always in search of pain relief. To be fair and just, not everything works for everybody but if you keep that in mind, and if you do give it a fair amount of time to do whatever these braces do to help alleviate the pain, and have a realistic expectation of what it can and will do, I think you will be just as, if not more, pleased with your choice of this product. I get pain in my elbow joints sometimes when doing exercises with hand weights, and compressing the forearm below the elbow is supposed to help with that. These came with good use and care instructions and were well-packaged with a little storage bag. The sleeves themselves are very well made. There is a grippy zigzag on the top inside to help it not slide down your arm. In comparison to neoprene, these are thinner and much more flexible and breathable. Even though the sleeves don’t compress my arm much because I ordered the wrong size, the elastic band, which is about 2”wide, does Velcro tightly in the right area where I actually wanted the compression. The forearm support does seem to help reduce elbow pain from lifting my light hand weights. You should be aware that a medium, which I ordered, is a man’s medium, and the sleeves themselves did not actually compress my ~8.5” arm much. According to their chart, which you can scroll down on the product page to see, I did order the wrong size. On their chart, my husband’s arm measurements fall within the range for medium and it did provide good compression when I asked him to try it on, so it seems to be accurate. ... show more

Been using these for about 3 weeks now. I measure 11.5" above my elbow and decided to go with a medium. To me, this is a perfect fit. Adjustable tightness, and the compression is helping with my tennis elbow. I've washed them several times and they don't seem to loose their hold or elasticity. One thing to note though... The velcro on these is really strong, so make sure you only attach it to the band area. I did deduct one star as constant velcro/unvelcro begins to fray the material, however still works as intended. My husband does a lot of lifting at work, he also is very careless sometimes with his body so he eventually gets the ache and pains in his knees, wrists, back, shoulders, and now elbows. The elbows have been a real killer the last little while so I thought these might help him. I am grateful that they can actually fit on his arms or at least make it to his elbows, I really love the Velcro straps to help secure everything in place. He is till able to move and bend his arm without losing circulation. I know he has worn these at night before bed or sometimes during work, he says that they helped a lot. Again I have not used it but just looking at the design, feel of the fabric, the little features add to help this not slip have impressed me, I am very happy that it has given my husband the relief he was looking for. I was excited for this new elbow brace as I have been looking for the perfect one to wear daily for some pain issues I'm experiencing. I needed the extra support and found this brace to be a little too tight. I was excited to see there was a strap to use which I expected to help with tightening or keeping the brace in place, but unfortunately, found that the added velcro strap was of really no use and got in the way because it kept sliding down. If I made it too tight, then it would cut off my circulation. I found this product to be so-so in providing compression and comfort with ease of use. Would not use again. ... show more
