It's a pretty standard rake head. The awesome thing with this rake is the extendable handle. I'm taller than my partner and we both can find a length we like. It's also handy for extending longer if you need to get under a deck or brush away spiderwebs from the eaves.

This seems like a good solid rake, nice weight, great tines, acceptable length. I'm very nervous about the plastic connection points. Plastic can be such a weak point, especially as it ages. I wish this was built as all metal.

I used to use a dethatching rake which has short tines and is very heavy and inefficient to rake the fallen leaves. The Lilyvain 65 Inch Long Garden Rake, 25 Tines 18 Inch Wide Heavy Duty Metal Leaf Rake is much more efficient to do so. It’s also made of metal but much lighter than my dethatching rake, and unlike plastic tines, these metal tines don’t miss the heavy leaves. The 65-inch pole is the perfect length for my short height. I tried to use it with one less pole but was uncomfortable. I highly suggest getting a 78-inch if your whole family will use it. It is a great rake for cleaning your yard efficiently. I would highly recommend it.
