This beautiful Rado watch is such a classic in size and style. So often these days the trend is to make women's watches almost as large as men's. But this Coupole by Rado is a much more traditional size. I have a 6 inch wrist (so somewhat on the smaller side) and larger watches looks huge against my arm. But the Coupole is sized much more to my liking. Even being a less-than-bulky sized watch, it has some weight to it and you can feel the quality just holding it. The band is smooth and strong, the watch face crystal clear with just a touch of sparkle from the diamonds. The stones are a nice size. Not so small that they look like diamond dust or glitter. You can see that they are stones. When the watch arrives, it comes encased in a large, luxurious watch box that makes a statement on its own. If you're eyeing this up as a gift for someone, consider opening the case ahead of time and removing the blue protective film that covers the watch face and other pieces. It's nice to have on there for protection from scratches while in transit, but you'll get a bigger wow from the receiver whey they open it and don't have the blue film there preventing them from really seeing the watch you've just bought for them. I believe the watch band comes ready to fit a more average size 7 inch wrist, and if you need it smaller you will have to have it sized by removing a few links. One thing I do appreciate is that Rado didn't make the watch band impossible to size on your own, should you know how to do it. After a few years of working in the jewelry and watch department of a store in my youth, I'm somewhat familiar with how to size watch bands and was easily able to adjust this one to fit my wrist. I removed about 3 links total, and it made for a perfect fit. The two tone design means it matches both my gold and silver jewelry, and the watch has an every-day-goes-with-everything style to it. The handful of diamonds dress it up, but by not being overdone it also looks wonderful with casual wear as well. It's beautiful, the perfect size and goes so well with everything.
