this chair was so easy to set up! I did it in 20-30 min max by myself. it's comfy and I love the way it bounces and sways. the padding is thick and comfortable. Definitely a great but for the price. also my husband and his brother are big guys over 250# and they were comfortable in it

This chair came in the mail quick but when we assembled it we realized that it was completely wobbly and unstable. The base of it does not snap into place it is screwed together with an Allen wrench. When I tried to return it, the company ran me around in circles for over a month! I had to contact Amazon to force them to give me a shipping label to return it and then they said FedEx couldn’t find their address and took even longer to get delivered. Super shady. They kept trying to give me $15, $40, $50 to keep the chair and take replacement parts, when I kept responding that I just wanted to get my return label to return it. Do yourself a favor and order from Amazon directly and not from this third party vendor. Terrible experience and bad quality product. ... show more
