It is more about training your body by repetition to jump up onto rails and jibs. So we recommend using the shortest snowboard that you own for training purposes.
- CAUTION Always make sure you have adequate open space when training. We recommend an area 12 foot square. If you were to fall you dont want to land on tables, chairs or furniture. Start your training without the top piece installed for easier learning.
