  • Price is great
Style: Two Bikes
I don’t have a trailer hitch on my truck so had just been throwing the bikes in the bed for rides. Not the best, scratch the truck, scratch the bike. When I saw this as cheap as it was I thought I’d give it a shot. Was a little fiddly to assemble but just put it all together finger tight and then start tightening. I found that pvc pipe that is used for whole house vacuum plumbing (in the walls) is just the right size to tap over the base rungs with just a bit of heat from a blow drier, so I measured my bed width, cut two pieces of pipe to tap on the base and reinstalled the rubber caps on the pvc pipe. Now I simply throw this in the bed of the truck, and roll the bikes into it. The pipes I added keep it centered in the bed and the bikes are only 2” shorter than the 6 foot bed so they can’t roll out. The bikes can rock a bit back and forth but nothing excessive. I did make “tie downs” from some parachute cord and a bungee that keep them nice and steady. I always hang my bikes in the garage because I’m space limited but if you’re not, this would be great to just ride in and walk away. ... show more

  • GREAT Bike Rack!
Style: Two Bikes
Great floor bike rack. Relatively easy to install, instructions are mostly clear, diagrams/pictures could be clearer in a couple areas. One suggestion, which they even mention - only loosely install all the fasteners as you go. This allows some parts to go together since design tolerances of the assembly are pretty tight. AFTER everything is together, then tighten all the screws/fasteners. Some are complaining that this item does not assemble together properly - they did not loosely assemble first, then tighten everything together after everything was assembled. The stand is VERY sturdy. It easily holds my sons two 26in/size medium mountain bikes. I have a 27.5 mountain bike and it holds it too. It looks like it could hole a 29in mountain bike too, but not much of the wheel would be locked in place. You can assemble it to where two bikes are side-by-side, but if you have wider handle bars like most mountain bikes have, the handlebars/grips will pretty much be on top of each other, making removing one of the bikes slightly difficult. That's the only real minor issue I have on this item, otherwise it is great. You can assemble the item to where the two bikes are NOT side-by-side, rather both bikes are in line, but that takes up more space. It has plastic/rubber on the bottom so it does not slip around on the garage floor that much. Overall it is a great value, very well made and sturdy. ... show more

  • Great Rack
Style: Two Bikes
I used U-shaped pipe holders and bolted this down to a board and put it in the bed of my truck. Now I can carry bikes in the bed without having to lay them over. They ride just fine standing straight up in this stand.

  • Not easy to assemble.
Style: Two Bikes
The directions were absolutely minimal and did not show what position the parts needed to be. You will need a socket and an extention to a put it together. And done even hand tighten the bolts leave them extremely loose. Once it's assembled and tightened it seems pretty sturdy.

  • It works!
Style: Two Bikes
I’m not great at assembling, but the instructions could have been clearer. That being said, this rack is a simple concept and works like a charm. I wish there were a 3-bike version of the same rack.

  • Good stand
Style: Two Bikes
Assemble loosely, then tighten! Great for compact bike storage in my man cave and when hauling bikes on a trailer. (Used u-bolts to secure it in my trailer.) No more awkward, disorganized bike storage!

  • Will not fit bikes with disc brakes unless....
Style: Two Bikes
Did not notice in reviews before I purchased this that it does not work with disc brake bikes. I did a simple modification and it works now. I cut one side of each hoop and moved the center brace up and now it works great. The product as delivered is way over engineered so this modification leaves the stand very stable and capable of holding our two e-bikes upright. Plan on using this inside our RV while going down the road. ... show more
