Based on the mostly positive reviews, I had relatively high expectations for this game table. However, it has exceeded my expectations in the following ways: * The quality of the build * The ease of switching from pool to air hockey * How much my kids (and our neighbors) love playing it! My only issue (which is minor) is that the air hockey pucks are so lightweight that the regularly fly off the table during play. The media could not be loaded. I've always wanted a pool table, so why not go big or go home now that you have the space. I play mainly pool with my furbaby, but if I have company over, all three components are used. Our family love this activity table. Other then the heavy weight i was not expecting at delivery our only issue with this product is the pool cue holders are so flimsy the pool cues fall right off within 10 minutes of placing the pool cue on them. Over all the design and easy transition from pool to air hockey is awesome. The only other complaint my hubby had was the size of the holes where the pool balls go in.. he keeps getting his hand stuck trying to grab out the pool balls. ... show more

The tables has brung many fun nights with my family and friends. Love to be able to flip and play 1 of 3 games . Game nights with a tv in the game room makes fight nights and game nights even more exciting love it. The size is perfect and the product is sturdy solid .

I just purchased my 3 in 1 table and it's a nice sturdy table, not some cheap wobbly piece of junk. The pool table is the size of your standard bar table and plays like a pro table with great bumpers. The air hockey table is huge and the fan is powerful. It plays like an arcade version without the money slot. While the ping pong table isn't full sized, it is a one piece top so there are no seams in the play area to mess with the bounce of the ball (like some comparable models) and it stores neatly under the table when not in use. All of the peripherals like the air hockey paddles, ping pong paddles and balls are good quality, but Rack deserves a shout out for the pool queues they included with the table. They are beautiful. Granted, when I unpacked the table there was some minor shipping damage to the air hockey table. I sent rack an email with pictures and got a call back within a few hours. They then shipped me out a brand new air hockey top. It arrived in 2 days and about 12 screws later I had a pristine table again, so I have to give it up to their customer service department. The table is a great product so far. I read all the reviews before buying it and I usually focus on the 1 star reviews to see what the issues may be. I realized all the issues buyers had if they had any were all user error because of a bad assembly. You must take your time when assembling. Use your body weight to to push down the air hockey table when attaching the screws to the pool table. The latches are also another area you must install correctly. Lastly, 1 complaint I read a couple times was the billiard balls make a loud bang when they go into the pocket. RACK has foam padding on the back side of the air hockey table that is suppose to dampen the balls as they go down. They are not sufficient, before connecting the pool table and air hockey table I re-enforced the padding with a thicker product I got from a fabric store near me. The air hockey table works great, the transition to the pool table is easy and RACK must have redesigned the ping pong table because it is 1 solid piece not the trifold I initially read it came with. I'll adjust my review if I feel its needed as we use it more and more ... show more

The following is my opinion of this game table. 1. This product is too expensive for what is being sold. Buyers please be aware that if you wish to play an adult game of Ping-Pong. The ping-pong board provided is for children and it is way too small for any kind of real ping-pong. 2. I have advised the seller to rename the product from: RACK Triad 7-Foot 3-in-1 Multi Game Swivel Billiard/Pool Table to: RACK Triad 7-Foot 2-in-1 Multi Game Swivel Billiard/Pool Table. 3. Seller states that this is not a standard game table. Please state that clearly in your descriptions. 4. The airflow is way too loud for a home game table. The airflow should adjustable. 5. The Ice Hockey Puck Plate is too small and light. The air flow lifts it off the board. I requested a bit wider/heavier pucks - seller said no. The plastic holders for the pool sticks are too soft. the sticks are constantly falling off. I asked seller can you send a different stick holder? they said yes. nothing to this date. so the sticks sit on the floor. if the product was not so large and heavy personally, I would have already returned the product. once again - those are just my opinion. ... show more
