🚀 Abunda's Overview

This is our summary and key points to consider based on customer reviews.

These reviews generally agree that the pool table provides value for its price. The table's assembly process is described as bearable for most reviewers, but one noted some missing holes that required drilling. While the cues provided are seen as subpar, the table itself is described as durable and decent-looking. A common observation is that the felt color is darker than shown in the displayed pictures.

Pros

  • 🔧 Relatively easy to assemble
  • 💪 Durable and sturdy build
  • 👍 Generally provides good value for money

Cons

  • 🎱 Included cues are of poor quality
  • 🕳️ Wide and overly forgiving pockets on the table
  • 💡 Felt color is darker than displayed pictures

Should I Buy It?

If you are looking for a budget option and not for professional-grade, then this table is a decent choice. It offers good value for what you pay. But, if you're planning on playing seriously or often, consider investing in some better pool cues as the ones provided are not up to par. Overall, for casual players, this could be a good choice!

  • Fantastic value for money!
If you’re looking to spend around $500-$600 for a pool table, this is the one Ive been playing on it ever since i got it and honestly i still cant believe it was only $500 (at the time of my purchase) It looks really good, the cloth is immaculate and the leather used for the pockets are very good quality, though Its not all perfect, the leg covers are made of cheap plastic and i had to stick 2 metal bits underneath 2 of the legs so the table would be level, not sure if thats the table itself or if its just my floor All in all this is a very good table and was very easy to assemble if you have all the right tools, not a high end pool table but it does look like one, instead of spending $5,000 or more, for $500-$600 this is a very good buy! ... show more

  • Very low quality (get the fold up one)

First off you have less than 10% chance of getting this thing undamaged. I thought I got lucky...I did not. This is a sorry excuse for a pool table. I didn't realize there was different grades of fiberboard, this is definitely the lowest. Its basically cardboard, and I mean all of it even the top (when lifting it you can feel the whole top flexing)...my sister was over i told her not to lean on it it might fall over. Within the first week peices have literally just fallen off of it. The bumpers are awful, the felt is almost like a fabric you'd buy at Walmart, the leg castings are plastic...and not even a single peice each leg is 4 peices you have to pop together. I feel like I'm playing on a home made pool table, but hey my kids have fun on it so I'd give it a solid 1.5 stars!! ... show more

  • Long install but simple enough, great value though!

I paid $20 for the Amazon delivery people to bring it into my room of choice...only way to go in my view! So this table in the pictures looks like something that would sell for thousands. Just for awareness, none of the wood look is real...all plastic and printed particle board. The feet are plastic shells that are a little tough to get lined up right. Under that shell is MDF, so I'm not sure how much it would handle climbing on to make shots etc. The baskets for the balls are a little small, so if you have big hands it's a little awkward. The felt and bumpers are great. I got the tan one since it was hundreds cheaper than the green, and I'm happy with the more neutral look anyway. There's no hook for the 8-ball rack (no 9-ball rack), no bridge, and no variety in cues. The cues are 2-part and they screw on but miss the mark on perfect straight angle alignment. The 11-ball was missing from the box, so I called up the mfr and they are sending me new cues and a new set of balls, which should arrive in 1 week by their estimate. They answered the phone with a person--not even one recording, which was nice. I would definitely buy this again given the bargain cost to get it down to my basement. You may want to buy your own cues and install your own hook for the rack, otherwise I'm very happy. ... show more

  • As an OG gamer and billiard shooter, since 1981, i'll give a fair and balanced review

Is it worth the money? Yes, it is. For a $500-600 table, it's a decent standard. Now, the facts of putting it together and play. The pool cues and billiard balls are barely of average quality. Putting it together wasn't bad but you need, at the very least, two people. Some of the assembly made me feel that some of the parts were a little...well...cheap. There are no "dots" on the table for racking and i had to substitute one screw during putting it together. I had to add my own dot. Folks, this is made in China, what do you expect? Once it was put together, the fact that you can visibly cause it to flex, just by bumping it, made me realize one has to treat this table with some degree of care. It's not going to break apart if to lay on it for a shot, but i wouldn't sit on it. The felt needs a few games played on it before it's less restrictive for the balls, it needs to be trampled down like a professional table. The pockets are okay and you might need to let the balls stack into them so they will get down to their normal state. There are no "dots" on the table for racking and i had to substitute one screw during putting it together. The bumpers are....well...less than a quality table. All that being said, for the money, it's not too bad. It's easy to move once assembled and seems to be reasonably solid as a whole. ... show more

  • Apprehensive but well worth it!
I was very nervous to purchase this pool table based on some of the reviews. Delivered by Amazon, I paid to have the table brought to the room of my choice. This allowed me to see that the box was fully intact with no damage. The delivery crew was fantastic, though I felt sorry for them as there were only two ppl (man and woman). This table comes "all in one" box and is extremely awkward to maneuver and very heavy. They however, got it right were I needed it! My husband and I unpackaged it immediately to check for damage as that would determine what we would be doing that day...assembly or processing return. Table looked great, not a single damaged piece. I was very apprehensive of the plastic leg covers, however, you can not tell unless you went and touched them. Overall, for what I consider an inexpensive pool table compared to slate tables - you can't go wrong! My husband did have to make a small repair to the tension bars below. Once assembled and adjusting/leveling the table, one of the bars came loose below. I would highly recommend! We purchased the burgundy felt table and it looks great! Wood coloring of the table, I would call dark oak - not cherry tone or mahogany. Our son is excited to have friends over! ... show more
