This box was able to work for my battery relocation in my 2009 miata, but the box is honestly huge and takes up about 1/3 of my trunk space. There wasn't enough battery cable included so I did have to buy extra. Otherwise, good buy, and if I needed to I would buy it again.

This product comes with zero instructions so expect to do some thinking to set up and install. All the hardware seems ok for the price. Wish it had a rubber seal around the top.

The silicone hose is the wrong size for the hose barb. I angle cut the end of the hose , put the longer side against the barb and used a small flat blade screwdriver like a shoe horn to stretch over the other side. It will now work as a vapor vent as it’s intended. The outside diameter of the battery cable gives the illusion that it’s a bigger cable inside. It’s just a thicker jacket. Didn’t measure wire diameter.

Very cheap , if the battery moves it will short out . Walls are only connected with a couple screws each . It's flimsy. Battery cables are low quality. Price is fair. It'll work.

The box meet all my expectations for a second battery containment. Good quality workmanship and ease of assembly. No instructions provided but really not necessary anyway.

Lots of things wrong. The cable sheathing is twice the necessary thickness, and the wire is half the size it should be. If you draw high amperage this cable will catch on fire. The metal enclosure is so sharp I cut myself just unboxing it. Lots of sharp pieces sticking out. The hardware comes in a bag that looks like it got dumped in the ocean, retrieved, then put right in the bag rust and all. There is 0 workmanship in this product. They just slapped it together to send it out.

Box was easy to install, only complaint is the super sticky plastic film that they use to cover the metal to reduce scratches. Hard to pull off
