  • Too Much Shoe for My Purpose
Size: 11.0
Shoe itself seems well-made, is reasonably handsome and quite comfortable. Is probably a good choice for real-world auto racing, with solvents and heat and slick pavement and real-world pedals to operate. But for sim-racing, I found that I actually have a better feel for the pedals under heel / toe downshifting with a lot less shoe, like a well-worn street moc I already had. I like the RaceQuip and it was something I wanted to try, for both "immersion" and function in the sim-rig; the immersion part is great, but for the way I go sim-racing, it binds my ankles up and I have less flexibility than I need. So overall, great shoe, but more protection than I need and not enough flexibility. ... show more

  • Deservedly a five star product!
Size: 12.0
Feels and looks good wearing it but after a long day you begin to feel a little bit of tightness on the side of the smaller toes which I believe will be due to the structure of the individual’s feet. Very comfortable to wear ( I mean for a short period of time and not all day). Materials are made of high grade fire resistant fabrics and your feet don’t get the chills of the cold. Keeps your feet warm. You also get a slight feel of the pedals when driving which was one good reason why I bought it. The four stars may not be well attributed thus far... it is deservedly a five star product without a doubt! ... show more

  • " THESE ARE THE ONES, THE ONLY ONES TO GET "
Size: 11.0
OK, Now first let me First APPOLOGIZE, for not giving a rating on the first pair..... But Please let me make up for that now.. And tell you that your shoes are Second to NONE, I purchased 4 different pairs from different manufactures. I have written all of and on and deleted the ones that i just could not wear or got uncomfortable in. These are without a doubt THE BEST OF THE VERY VERY BEST !!!! THEY ARE MADE WITH QUALITY. And that's why I'm back, No the others are just fine but I just want another pair In my arsenal (So to say) he he he.... SO DON'T THINK ABOUT IT, JUST BUY THEM, THERE ARE NONE BETTER !!!!!! TRUST ME, I've put lots of millage on my other pair. Also it is the ONLY way to drive a sports cars with a stick, and i have a few and always had problems before, NO LONGER !!! I WILL BE BACK AGAIN for another pair of spare ones... Warmest Regards, J.H. Calif. ... show more

  • Sizing problem
Size: 12.0
I normally wear a size 11 but with some brands I have to order a 12 as they run a bit smaller. I ordered a size 12 just to be on the safe side and it was tight and uncomfortable so I had to return them. I would have swapped them for a size 13 but since the seller makes you pay for shipping the items back (over $19 to ship back a pair of $70 shoes) I was not going to take a chance. ... show more

  • Best value for track shoes out there.
Size: 9
So comfortable. You can drive all day with them and really saves your legs lifting on a normal heel. They are narrow which make heel-toe a bit more technical (in the past I typically fat-footed the heel toe with an ankle roll but with the high boot that does not make this possible, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Highly recommend these. Don't walk around in them too long as they get painful on the ankles after a while walking but not driving. ... show more

  • Good sim shoe
Size: 11.0
I use these for Sim racing and they work fine. I don't care if they say RaceQuip or not. They don't go out of the house. They are of good quality and are a good value for the price. Size does run a little small. I wear a 10 1/2 US and these are a tad snug but still comfortable. They were also shipped delivered on time. They work well with ClubSports. ... show more

  • Wish I got low tops
Size: 11.0
These look pretty cool and worked OK for driving. Decent pedal feel but the high top really cuts into your ankle area. At first it was almost unbearable and limited movement. As I've worn them in and tied them more loosely it is more tolerable. With a full "fire" suit it isnt as noticeable but otherwise you are better off with low top shoes in my opinion. They fit loose in the toes and loose at the top strap but TIGHT at the ankle for some reason. this does loosen a little with wearing them but is still noticeable. These were giving me a blister on my small toe even though they werent too tight in the toe area. Also note: wear high socks with these. I'm not sure these would be acceptable for an endurance race. ... show more

  • Wrong size. Inconsistent production.
Size: 10.0
These were advertised as a size 10 shoe, but they're more like a size 9. I normally where a 9.5 shoe, but like a bit larger for racing, so my feet get better blood flow. I'd ordered these exact shoes before so I didn't think I had to try them, but apparently the manufacturer isn't consistent in their sizes. Unfortunately I did not have a track day within the return period, so I have a useless pair of racing shoes. ... show more
