  • Gets the job done. Didn't like mounting screws.
I loved the hopper popper part of this thing. If you use it correctly it absolutely will work and dispatches rabbits humanely. The welds on it are kind of rough though, but sturdy enough. I mean who looks at welds on something like this once it's in use? I wasn't impressed with the mounting hardware it came with. I went to the hardware store and got some larger screws to install it. The wall mounts for the gambrels combined with the screws it came with would probably not be a good combo when you are removing fur. I could easily see it pulling out of the wall if you use those screws. The gambrels themselves are good. I used Paracord to attach them to a crossbeam above and that worked fine. Overall I'm pleased. ... show more
