Bought this rotors and ceramic brake pad kit to maintain and upgrade the brakes on my wife’s Infiniti Q50. The rotors came individually packed and protected, both set of pads front and rear, all new hardware for the pads, and. A nice set of R1 gloves! Easy install and fit was perfect for the car!!! Went through the bed in procedure and let them cool by driving and they cleaned up perfectly! Perfectly balanced and no issues so far! Will update in the future after more miles are put on them!! The brakes from R1 Concepts are made to high standards. I could tell a huge difference in the brakes from R1 Concepts. This is all for brake rotors with brake pads. This did not include hardware (new brake pad holders/mechanisms, I just used the old ones). The stopping power has dramatically increased in my 2016 Dodge Dart SXT. There original problem that I had with my OE brakes was mainly over heating, which would cause the brakes to overheat and become slightly warped. My OE brakes were not meant for the speeds of the German Autobahn. The Dodge Dart would shake minorly at 115MPH+ speeds if I had to brake more than 3 times, at around 5 seconds a piece ( braking on the Autobahn happens frequently in new area under construction, and you have the occasional person hoping into the speed lane going half your speed to pass a semi). The new brakes from R1 Concepts are amazing and exceeds my expectations. I no longer have that slight shake, cause by the over heated, warped brakes, happening as I break. I have breaked at multiple speeds multiple times and I have yet to experience and shaking of the steering wheel cause by brakes. The brakes also have a stylish look to them. This is the second set of brake pads and rotors that I bought from R1 Concepts, and I planned to purchase from them in the future. Customer Service was also fast to respond regarding shipping and handling, and any other questions I had. I am overall extremely satisfied with the brake from R1 Concepts. I have had the brake install for 4 weeks now, and I frequently drive the German Autobahn, now with no braking related issues at all. I feel extremely safe regarding the braking power and brake durability of my newly installed brake rotors and brake pads.     • Angle of Vain in front rotors

I purchased front Rotors and Pads , also rear rotors and pads. I had a mechanic install brakes. Brakes work good. I had bought new tires today and the mechanic and I noticed the front rotors have the ventilation vain cut on an angle, some are straight at 90 degrees. Since they are angled down they should face front of vehicle so the air flows best through the rotor for cooling. The problem is both rotors are angled down but are the same. The Drivers side is fine, but since they are the same the passenger side angles towards the rear of vehicle and does not get proper air flow. I watched you tube videos from the website and it shows to install with angle vents towards front of vehicle.Apparently I received two left from rotors instead of one left and one right. It would be quit difficult to put car on jack stands and uninstall pads and rotors to send back !! If there is a left and right front, which seems there certainly is, please send me a right side rotor and I will send the one I have that is wrong back to you. I would of given 5 stars if I had or get proper rotor. I called Amazon to get number of the Seller, they did not have a listing for Seller? Amazon is sending me a whole front and rear set of Rotors and pads. I only need one rotor. They told me to exchange part I need and send the rest back. Customer service with Amazon is terrific ! It is a shame they have to send the whole kit for one part, the shipping on 50 pounds must be quit expensive. This should solve my problem, as I stated in first review the brakes work great, stopping distance is much shorter than original rotors and pads. I will update after a couple of months or so after seeing how the brakes are holding up. These are less expensive than Power Stop Brakes, I have used Power Stop Brakes in the past, will see how they compare to R1 Concepts? ... show more
