I received the product (freezer) and performed all of the necessary prep such as allowing it to sit upright for 24 hours prior to powering it up. However the unit would not chill at all and as soon as I would power it up I could hear the unit shut off after about 5 seconds and it would not restart. The seller was very good about responding and offering a full refund including the shipping cost that I had paid. I love the freezer but I did not like how the delivery people just left it in the open for everyone to see it. I happen to see it on my ring doorbell and ran home quick as I could.
