They did continuously reach out to me to let me know what’s been going on and generously refunded me a small part of my payment. That was good. They seemed easy to contact and honestly genuine and making sure I was a satisfied customer. Now to the object! It is such a beautiful, soft and creamy color. It’s well constructed, the toys are cute af. It came with two swinging balls and an extra mouse. Soooooo easy to build and their instructions were great! I did quite a bit of research when looking for cat trees because I have 6 cats. This one was quite easy to assemble & is a nice size for the price. I did buy a 2nd, taller, slightly more expensive tree to put next to this one to give them more options, but they seem quite happy with both trees.

I like the quality and sturdiness of the cat tower. It has many interesting areas for my cat. It took a while to assemble. The price was reasonable for the size and variety of interest areas. Very Nice!

The cats love it! Once assembled, this is great for the cats. It is weighted toward the bottom to resist tipping. Also, there is a strap that can be attached to a wall. My only quibble is during assembly. Some of the bolts in the boxes that are difficult to visualize. Otherwise it's fairly easy to assemble.

I love this cat tree. It looked small when my son put it together. I didn’t think my 15 pound cat would fit on it but he did. He goes in both caves and on the perches. It’s very sturdy and I love the color. I bought the brown one. I couldn’t find one in my price range until I came across this one. Great cat tree.

Love the small footprint of this cat tower. Easy to assemble. Seems sturdy and stable. My only issue is my cat is nearly vertical when jumping down. There’s not a lot of room for her feet to land. She has claws but it’s still really steep jumping down.
