Updated Review: Pleasantly surprised. I had a few issues in the beginning, but after speaking with customer service at QuietWarmth, I’ve learned quite a few tips. Make sure your voltimeter or multimeter is correctly set depending on the mat being tested. This was a key tip in my installation. Everything else was perfect once I adjusted my settings. Thank you QuietWarmth! The floor is great! Original Review: I didn’t like that I received 4 mats that didn’t pass the quality resistance tests. The latest replacement was cut and punctured.     • Thickness can be an issue
The Matt was super easy to install and works well. The issue is this is advertised and supposed to work with laminate flooring and the thickness of where the wires go make the floor uneven and you can feel the bulge under your feet especially where the two wires connect to the Matt

    • Either heats or it doesn’t.
Keep your receipt. These clearly DONT work for certain types of floors. We have basic vinyl flooring and the pad must be too thick as the emit zero heat. So sad to have lost that option for our remodel.
