I bought 2 of the Quictent brand greenhouses for my berry patches, 20x10 and 12x6.6. They both were a breeze to assemble with the quick snap poles (ideal with 2 people), and instructions simple to follow. We had several heavy storms, and the frames in the ground did not budge or even wobble. We initially were going to put bird netting over them instead of the greenhouse fabric, but the birds were hungry so we put the greenhouse material over it “temporarily” to protect our berries from the thieves! Coincidentally, a crazy storm came through right after, and it still stood strong - only note is that water does like to pool on the roof, so I advise making that fabric as taut as possible by stretching it as far down as you can and even weighting or staking it. It’s been a few days with the material on it, and I actually think we’ll keep it on, the blueberries are doing very well, keeping all vents open. As far as customer service, if your trying to decide which greenhouse to buy- especially when they all seem so similar - go with this brand because customer service is top notch!! We were missing a foot and had a bent connector in one package, and the other had a foot that didn’t have the proper holes for use, and the CS agent, Jasmine, immediately took care of this and sent out a replacement. Even more so, my original 20x10 was lost in transit, and Jasmine immediately sent out a replacement. They always responded within 24hrs, if not less, and gave no hassle. Very pleased with these greenhouses, and would buy from this company again!

Instructions are pretty easy to read but could be more detailed. Easy to setup. The plastic on the doors are not real easy to install. The door handles are covered up with the plastic so you can't grab it and have to cut the plastic or put the handles outside the plastic and put the bolts through the plastic. Pretty sturdy, withstood some high winds when I first set it up. The stakes could be bigger and the rope a little stronger.

This is the second Quiktent we have purchased. The set up was simple, just be sure to attach the pieces correctly. I had to remove two sections and reset. No big deal, just extra time. As with our first tent, we reinforced the verticals with rebar driven into the ground then ziptied to the tent. There was one piece slightly bent. I contacted Customer service via e-mail. They replied the next morning, saying they would send a replacement part as soon as I verified our order. The replacement piece arrived within 3 days. I completely recommend this tent.

Assembled on Thursday April 11, collapsed on Tuesday April 16. All directions were followed and initially seemed sturdy enough. Then it rained. Not like floods coming for Noah rain, but like normal spring rain. Then boom, top collapses. Water was not pooling and it wasn’t excessively windy. Had ordered the upgraded kit with full welding but didn’t think too much of it when receiving what has to have been the old version because not a single connector piece was fully welded. Reached out to the manufacturer and they said it must have been one part that got missed in mass production. After a couple emails back and forth they have offered either a replacement that they can’t guarantee is ACTUALLY the upgraded version or a refund less a $30 handling charge. Product is not as advertised and definitely won’t stand up to even the slightest weather. Avoid the headache and look elsewhere.

Updated Review: I am updating my review from 1 star to 3 stars based on Customer service the company reached out to me and fully refunded my purchase. Customer service was 5 star excellent. The design of the kit is good particularly the cover. IMO the kit's only downfall is the thin metal piping used to put together the frame which didn't hold up in my environment. Quite frankly in the correct/proper environment i.e. under 25mph wind imo this kit should work fairly well for most people and it's at a very good price point. If they ever made this kit sturdier by using thicker walled piping similar to emt. I would actually consider buying the kit again even if I had to pay double or triple the price. Original Review: I mounted this using (30) 3/4 emt brackets to a a 4x4 wood base attached to 27" deep anchors. The metal piping used for this seemed questionable but based on the one review that it had withstood 40+ mph wind and 6" of snow we decided to proceed to build it. It lasted exactly 3 days we got 40mph wind gusts yesterday and as recommended by the manufacturer we left the windows and doors open. The wind hit it broadside and the cover acted like a sail and the thin walled metal pipes just collapsed/twisted nearly flat. I am not calling the gentleman who posted it can survive 40+ mph a liar as maybe the wind he experienced was buffeted by a barn or treeline or maybe the wind direction was favorable. But under no circumstances would I recommend this to any friends or family unless their wind speeds do not exceed 25mph or there is a lot of wind buffering i.e. wall, building, windbreak treeline or tightly packed housing to diffuse the wind. All in all we spent about $800 on the total project and it was pretty much like losing $800 at Las Vegas on a single dice roll. We thought we might get lucky but we didn't other than the thin metal poles the kit is pretty well made. I would have been willing to pay more if they made this same kit but using much sturdier 3/4" or 1" emt piping even if I had to supply some of my own piping.
