Raised bed kit was easy to assemble. I had to contact customer service about a part that was defective, they responded right away and sent out the piece I needed. Great experience overall. The raised bed seems sturdy enough for my yard but has a bit of give to it that made me a little nervous while i was getting it into position. The side pieces are heaver than expected, hardware is sufficient, and it seems like it will be able to hold up to the weather more than the plastic type kits they sell at Lowe's. Looks great so far.

This is my second unit. I purchased my first one about 4 years ago. The clear plastic cover after all these year started degrading. The company sent me a new one and I purchased a second one as well. A special thank you to Khloee! This greenhouse works well in tight spaces where you need one. The cover has two windows which is great for the airflow. The siding is in mental and rust resistant. Great product, the price is good compared to other vendors.

When it first arrived I checked the components in the box and discovered that one of the long pices was missing, but had a miss matched long pice that would not fit becuse it was too short. I then contacted customer support and told them about the miss matched part. They then asked for my info and they would contact the warehouse to get me the correct part and ship it. This process was verry easy and did not take long to do. A few days passed and the part came. And once again it was the wrong part! This replacement part was... wrong. It was a inch or two too long and the holes would not match up.. so I resorted to just drilling new holes so it would fit. And it worked! Puting it together was easy, except for the polls part. They had no numbers on them and the instructions were eeh, but their not that complicated i managed to just wing it so no big deal. The cover itself seems thick and strong and it looks good. Over all it seems like a good starter kit, just mKe shure you check the pices before assembling, and i hold no grudge to the customer support, Lynn did her best she could. It's the warehouse comunication they need to work on.

My planter arrived super fast and well packaged. It is very sturdy. It was easy to assemble. I have already planted watermelons in the planter and cannot wait for them to grow. When I opened I was missing 8 wingnuts even though everything was packaged very well. I contacted the company that made the planter and was shipped the missing items very quickly, as well as extra plant ID markers. I really appreciate the contacts and updates. I would strongly recommend the planter and the customer service I received from the manufacturer.

Great starter nursery garden bed. Although the instructions to set up aren't so straight forward its pretty simple and took me about an hour to set up with the green house net. I was missing 1 plastic piece that connected a few of the rods to complete the greenhouse but customer service was easy to reach I spoke with Jenna she sent over the missing part right away. Overall great product great price & excellent customer service.

2/26 update: customer service was really good. Got the replacement for the green house plastic cover tent and it was perfect. I liked this raised bed so much that I bought a second one. The greenhouse component was perfect, no issues this time around. Updating to 5 starts for customer service. I still wish the plastic cover was a bit more thick/sturdy. Still, 1 year warranty on it so we shall see. ======== The raised bed is pretty solid, that part is easy to assemble and seems made well enough. Picture shows it assembled and full with 14 cubic feet of dirt. Next to it the greenhouse: - the structure that holds it together seems good enough and may last a while. Easy to assemble, no issues with it. - the plastic transparent cover is well designed, has a mesh and a plastic cover on each side, perfect to keep it warm and/or ventilated AND keep critters away. The plastic material tho is probably going to last just about the 1 year the warranty is for, in my case it came with some small tears on the sides, all about 2-3 inches. I’m back and forth with customer service (lamya / [email protected] ) to get it replaced. Given it a 3 given the plastic and quality control issue.

This is the best garden product ever! The metal raised bed is made of heavy gauge metal, all holes were drilled precisely so I put it together easily, and also found it easy to assemble the greenhouse cover. I started my plants in the freestanding cover and the raised bed is attractive on its own. I have bought a lot of similar products over the years and this is the best ever! 5 stars for sure!

This item was just what I wanted initially. It was fairly simple to install and I loved the different options for the cover - screen and plastic - and the tie backs to keep one or both open. It looked great and served as a great greenhouse for a few months, but the cover quickly deteriorated after that. There are numerous holes in the plastic and, since I took these photos, there are additional tears in the screen. My guess is the heat has caused the plastic to fail. I’m not sure about the cause of the screen tears, possibly wind pushing the plants around? Part of my decision to purchase this item was the 1 year warranty for the cover because I had read previous reviews about the cover durability. I contacted Quictent directly and they stated they would not honor this warranty for me, and that this would cost $35 to replace. They suggested I contact Amazon, but obviously, Amazon doesn’t handle warranty claims. It seems I’ll just have to pay the $35 unless I want to purchase a new greenhouse. I originally wrote this review with 2 stars but I revised to 3 stars because I am vaguely recalling this was a like-new warehouse deal, and I am now wondering if that’s why Quictent is refusing to honor the warranty, which I can understand. But I kept this at 3-star because the cover only lasted a few months and it really was new when I received it, warehouse deal or not.
