  • Not for constant putting away.
Size: 75"x31"x14" Style: Round legs
1st off it smelled like fish really bad. Like horribly bad. It took over a week for the smell to clear out. We use it for my mom to sleep on when she is over helping with our twin babies. It is a pain to pull the mattress in and out of the bottom (where it’s stored). It doesn’t pop open and have the mattress ready. To clarify, the outside of the folded bed is the base of the bed. The mattress pad is on the inside sandwiched in. You then pull it apart and the inside is the underside of the bed. You then have to pull out the mattress pad, flip the bed over and place it where you want it and then place the pad on top. If your taking this down every night or a few times a week it’s a pain. We also had to keep some of the cardboard to sandwich between the bad and the mattress. The springs/hooks connected to the springs snagged sheets and the mattress. If you want this to leave up it’s not bad (after the fish smell goes away). If you need to take it down and put it back up a lot it’s a pain and wouldn’t recommend it. It is comfortable though. Softer in the middle but a bit stiff on the edges. ... show more

  • Comfortable. Compact. Sturdy.
Size: 75"x31"x14" Style: Round legs
Bought this for when my grandbaby visits or we have extra guests. Grand was here for a month and loved it. I have slept on it several times and find it quite comfortable. Good value for the money. No issues with set up or putting it away in its zippered bag. Very pleased with the purchase.

  • Good product, good customer service
Size: 75"x31"x14" Style: Round legs
I read the reviews and I pay attention to negative reviews; here's my experience. Note: When purchasing any kind of bed, comfort is subjective to the individual and you have to view this product as such. [This is not a "Sleep Number Bed" where firmness or padding is purchased or matched to the individual.] I have used this bed for well over a month and yes, it does take getting use to "like any new bed" because it's not the bed that I'm use to at home. But, it does the job and it does it well. The padding is sufficient and can be a bit stiff compared to what I'm use to. Therefore, if you find it too stiff, consider purchasing a memory foam topper. For me, I'm fine with the padding that came with the unit. Now, after a month I did have a spring that popped off one of the metal rod that holds the padding support. I contacted customer service via email and like they said, I received a response within 1 day. Customer service was more than accommodating and after reviewing the problem they resolved my concerns. They went above and beyond my expectations and therefore, I would purchase from this seller on Amazon again as well as this product. But make sure you understand the specs, this bed has limits such as a weight limit. If you intend to use this bed beyond the weight limits, it may not hold up, if you have kids that may jump on the unit, you may have problems. The bed is about 30 lbs (perfect weight "and size" for easy moving for me) and fits perfectly in my trunk to move it where I go. ... show more

  • the support springs started to fall off after nearly three months of use.
As a person whose kind of in between homes at the moment, I wanted to find a bed that could easily be taken with me without any hassle from location to location. Something lightweight and something that was easily put away. Since my niece is pretty good at finding things like that, I gave her the task of finding me a bed because I got tired of sleeping on an air mattress. To make a somewhat long story short, my niece presented me with this option. I took a look at the reviews and from what I read; the bed seemed to be pretty decent. I decided to take a chance on it and ordered it. A few days later I found myself taking the bed out of the box. One of the first things that I noticed after taking the bed out of the box was that the bed seemed to be pretty sturdy. Even though the frame was lightweight, I had no concerns over finding myself on the floor in the middle of the night. To give you an idea of how big I am, the last time I weighed myself I was one hundred and thirty-three pounds. Keep in mind that the last time I weighed myself it was about four months ago at the time of this writing. The bed itself was pretty easy to assemble. All I had to do was unfold the frame, slide the mattress from under it, flip the frame over, and slide the mattress onto it. The first time I unfolded the mattress I noticed that it had a weird smell emanating from it. I didn’t give it much thought because things sometimes have a weird smell to them. I figured that after a few days of use the smell would start to go away. Anyway, as I slid the mattress onto the frame, I noticed that the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. It was thin and it was kind of hard. Lying onto the mattress, it became even more evident that it was not a mattress that I was going to really enjoy sleeping on. Seeing as my options were very limited, I decided to try it out anyway with hopes that the mattress would start to soften after a few nights of use. Another thing I noticed was that the size of the bed itself was not very big. As I’ve said before, I’m not a big guy. I’m only 5’7 and I found my feet slightly hanging off the end of the bed. the bed didn’t give me enough room to really get comfortable. I tend to curl up into a ball when I sleep and I would find my knees hanging off the side of the bed. Anyway, after two and a half months of use, some of the support spring started falling off. When the first one broke off I hardly gave it much thought. It was just one spring. The bed would still be able to hold my weight even if it ripped the material that the mattress rested on a bit, exposing a piece of the thin metal rod that the spring latched onto. After a few more weeks past, more of the springs started to fall off. By the time I decided to write a review of this bed, I had lost four or five of the support springs. Last night when I laid on it, I noticed that the left side of the bed had started to sag quite significantly and that’s when I knew that the bed I had payed one hundred and sixty dollars for was no longer usable. To make this Review short even though it really isn’t anymore, I expected this bed to last me at least a year for the price I payed for it, not three months. The only thing I did on this bed was sleep. I didn’t jump or bounce around on it. If I was presented with the option of having my money returned back to me, I’d take it and by something better. Oh, if you’re wondering if the mattress ever softened, it didn’t. It still remained as hard as it was when I took it out of the box. The smelled that I reported at the beginning of this review still Lingard on the mattress. In closing, I’m back to sleeping on my air mattress which allows me more room to get comfortable. And funny enough, it’s more comfortable to sleep on than that bed ever was. Anyone taking the time out to read this review I suggest you look elsewhere. Don’t spend your hard-earned money on this. ... show more
