This is a great solution - I had a rechargeable Black Diamond headlamp that finally quit working so I replaced it with a Petzal Positives - great three light strength setting on head lamp itself, I like this alot - multiple light colors - light weight - strap seems to have a strong elasticity to it - that is one thing that finally wore down on my Black Diamond Negative - the only thing I do not like is there is no battery indicator on the actual headlamp to tell you if the battery is in need of a charge - on my BD there was an indicator light that went from green to yellow to red indicating you better get it on a charger... this is the only reason it's not 5 stars - great set up that I am happy with ... show more

I have been really happy with this battery when paired with my Petzl Tikka headlamp. Using it mostly on low with the occasional higher brightness when needed, I typically get 4-5 nights use out of a single charge. I've been using the same battery for a couple years now and have not noticed any real degradation in performance or ability to hold a charge. ... show more
