  • I absolutely adore this greenhouse
Style: 56x56x77 Clear
If theres a way to just repurchase the tarp only I would really love the option! I love this greenhouse but my home is surrounded by trees and falling branches and I have a golden retriever that likes to run with said sticks.. basically my greenhouse is pretty well shredded. But thats not to the fault of the product at all I knew the trees would be an issue AND it has seriously helped with my fruits not being ravaged by squirrels and pests ive seen some spider mites but its been much easier to contain inside the greenhouse omg! Can't recommend this enough if your looking for a nice sized setup on a budget. Also was not difficult at all to assemble just took a little bit of time (maybe an hour?) ... show more

  • 3rd time’s a charm. Works well, but with stabilization and a few added items.
Style: 56x56x77 Clear
I ordered this, and I received a used one. The clear cover was dirty and had multiple rips and tears. I requested a replacement, which I received quickly, but unfortunately it was missing the longest poles. So I returned it as well, and ordered again, but ordered the Green one instead. This one arrive promptly and was new and contained all the parts. There were 3 small rips where the zipper connects, but it looks like the PE fabric slipped and didn’t get fully sewn to the zipper. I fixed them, sort of, and set it up. The windows on this are wonderful, especially the back window. A few tips if your going to use one of these types of greenhouses: 1. WEIGH IT DOWN. This thing will blow away in just 25mph winds. I placed the edge of a 36 pound cement block on the bottom horizontal pole, in each corner; and another 18 pound 1/2 cement block on the center pole on each side (under the shelving). A total of 180 pounds holding this thing down, along with the weight of all the plants, and it still leans. I placed the left side against a wall, so that helps a lot, but I’m guessing if it were out in the open, a heavy wind could easily bend and break these poles…they are like 20 gauge and hollow. 2. Place a small heater on the floor inside, or on top of a couple bricks. If chilly outside, this greenhouse will be the same cold temperature. So keep it heated. I use a small 3 element infrared heater sitting on a cement block. 3. If in a warm climate, place a box fan against the back window, facing outward. This will act as an exhaust fan. Heat rises, so placing the fan on the ground facing out the door would be easier, but does not serve the purpose well enough. I placed a narrow board in the back, from the left top shelf to the right top shelf. Then placed the box fan on the shelf, and attached a bungee cord from the left horizontal frame bar to the right horizontal frame bar, just behind the fan, to keep the fan from falling backwards. Open window and turn on fan on hot/sunny days. 4. On sunny days, this thing will heat up quickly…even if the outdoor temperature is cool. This is where the exhaust fan will come in. But it helps to place a shade cloth/tarp on part of the roof during the hight of the sunny day. 5. If growing seedlings, place a small table top, oscillating fan on one of the shelves and keep on low at all times. This helps adapt the new seedlings by providing the breeze of a normal environment. And the when the seedlings constantly feel a breeze, they will develop strong roots and stems, so they can support themselves during windy days. All in all, this is a decent greenhouse for starting seeds early, to get a jump on the growing season. AGAIN, WEIGH IT DOWN, STABILIZE IT WELL……IF YOU OVER DO IT and you won’t cuss later. ... show more

  • Not fit for outdoor use
Style: 56x56x77 Clear
First kit I received was incomplete, missing several pieces. Assembly instructions are difficult to decipher, mostly small pictures without detail and little supporting text. Clear plastic cover is reasonably rugged, but stretches and sags in warm, sunny conditions. I had to use clamps around the plastic cover and frame to keep it somewhat snug. The included ground stakes are too short to hold the assembly down in even a light breeze; in windy conditions, 10-12mph or more, rope (not included) must be used to keep it from blowing away completely. When the plastic cover stretches in the sun, the ropes become slack and almost useless. I had to use several heavy rocks around the outside to hold the assembly in place. Even minimal shaking from the wind will cause any pots on the shelves to be rattled off. A full 5-6 inches of the door zipper stitching was not attached to the plastic cover. In short, this greenhouse is a good idea poorly executed, with poor quality control, useable outdoors only in moderate weather conditions and requires some user ingenuity, modifications and effort to maintain. If this greenhouse lasts through the rest of the summer and fall, I will discard it and not buy another. ... show more

  • Not a durable product BUT WORTH CONSIDERATION IF GETTING A TENT WALKIN GREENHOUSE - UPDATE
Style: 56x56x77 Clear
UPDATE (IN CAPS): AS NOTED BELOW, A TENT GREENHOUSE IS NOT A PRODUCT THAT IS MADE TO HANDLE THE HIGH WINDS THAT TORE THE COVER TO THIS GREENHOUSE THIS WINTER. OTHER THAN THE COVER TEARING, THE GREENHOUSE FRAME STAYED TOGETHER AND IN PLACE. I AM NOT SURE THERE ARE ANY OF THESE STYLES OF TENT GREENHOUSES THAT MIGHT HAVE STAYED TOGETHER ANY BETTER. LIKE MOST TENT GREENHOUSE PRODUCTS, DAMAGE BY STORMS TYPICALLY IS NOT COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY. HOWEVER, QUICTENT AND THEIR REPS ARE SERVICE-ORIENTED AND, AFTER READING THE BELOW REVIEW, REACHED OUT AND QUICKLY PROVIDED ME A REPLACEMENT COVER AT NO COST, PASSED ON INFORMATION SO ENGINEERS COULD REINFORCE THE CORNERS OF THE COVER TO MAKE THE PRODUCT STRONGER, AND ACTIVELY MADE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED AND HAPPY ABOUT OWNING A QUICTENT PRODUCT. A COMPANY THAT CARES THIS MUCH ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS AND IMPROVING ITS PRODUCTS IS A COMPANY WORTH SUPPORTING. BECAUSE IT IS A GREENHOUSE TENT AND I LEARNED MY LESSON, I HAVE MOVED MY QUICTENT WALK-IN GREENHOUSE CLOSER TO THE HOUSE AND FENCE TO BETTER PROTECT IT FROM THE DIRECT WIND GUSTS. WITH MY REPLACEMENT COVER, I AM NOW LOOKING FORWARD TO USING MY QUICTENT GREENHOUSE TO GET MY SEEDLINGS STARTED THIS SPRING AND PROTECT MY PLANTS THIS WINTER. -------------------------------------------------------------- "Not that I had super high expectations with a tented greenhouse but the product only lasted a little over two months after purchase. While the frame remained intact and anchored, a heavy wind ripped and shredded the plastic greenhouse cover. Wind damage of course is not covered under the product warranty and I learned the replacement cost for the cover is just over 60% of the total costs of the greenhouse so this was pretty much a lesson learned for me and I am passing my story onto prospective buyers.." ... show more
