  • Good quality
Size: 10'X20' Color: Beige
Good quality for the price. If you're in a windy area, I'd upgrade the hold downs. I had a small problem, and the took care of it better than I expected!

  • Carport durability exceeded my expectations
Size: 13'X20' Color: White
I’ve had this carport for approximately two years now and I’m very satisfied with it. It has held up well under different weather conditions light snow, rain and even wind gust upward of 50 miles per hour. I had to anchor it with my own ratcheting Straps on each corner. The nylon string provided and anchors are not any good. Customer support usually responds within 24hours by email. I was assisted by Khloee from customer support because the 3 boxes were shipped with different arrival times causing me to believe that I had missing items. They only provided one tracking information for one of the 3 shipments. Other than the poor shipping notifications I am satisfied with this product. instructions were easily read along putting it together. ... show more

  • Goes together real easy with two or more people
Size: 13'X20' Color: Beige
Get it set up it's pretty sturdy but to be safe I put an anchor at each corner and tied it down with rachet straps

  • Easy to assemble

Quick and easy to assemble but needs 2 strong people.

  • Sturdy shelter
Size: 10'X20' Color: Beige
Assembled this by myself in about 4 hours, Because of the soil conditions, I was not able to secure it as well as I would have liked. This proved to be an issue when the bomb cyclone hit this area and blew the shelter into 2 horse fences before coming to rest upside down. In taking it apart after the storm I determined that 4 poles and 1 connector had broken. Minor damage was done to the tarps which were repaired and Quictent replaced the poles and connector within a week. I reassembled the shelter this time sing 4 rubber horse mats across the bottom poles with 4 separate tie downs and with each upright pole pinned into the ground. Hopefully this time there will be no issue of pulling loose and flipping. Update 1-6-2023 The carport cover has not held up well. The sun has destroyed the cover. I went so far as to buy another tarp to put over the top and today I saw that original cover has split in half at the ridge pole. Further the zipper on one side has failed and my fix was to put in eyelet grommets to hold the the door opening shut. Lastly the the tie-down straps for door totally failed within the first 6 months. They simply disintegrated. ... show more

  • Great Start But Reinforce It As I Described - it’ll hold off 60+ mph winds
Size: 10'X20' Color: Beige
Needs to be reinforced but a good start! I bought 8 of the 3 foot eyehook anchors and attached them to the four corners with a twisted steel cable. I attached the other four to the frame itself with two on each side. I purchased 200’ of twisted steel cable and connectors you tighten with a wrench. When you put it together on the inside top section there’s a cable to attach it. I also did a loop from the outside of one end to the outside of the other end to keep it from coming apart. I figure if the wind take it, it’s going to be whole lol. I also used my own 1/4” steel staples for the legs, not the cheesy ones that come with the tent. The anchors that come with it are short and flimsy and might work for a camping tent but not this Not with any wind anyway. Steel cable is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! The zipper on one of the doors ripped a little on the bottom. The zippers aren’t attached to the material super well but it was tight when I zipped it all the way down so it was my fault that it happened. Before I moved stuff in, I waited for a BIG storm with high winds and it worked great and didn’t budge at all! We had gusts of 50-60mph too. We live on the top of a hill in farm country so high winds for most people means really high winds for us! Without the reinforcements I wouldn’t trust it but it’s a great start. I also put plastic pallets in it to keep things off the ground. Also when it rains it won’t rot out the wood pallets Another storm layer and no issues. Don’t try to get by without reinforcing it as I described. You’ll spend an extra 100$ to do this but it turns it into a semi-permanent garage! ... show more

  • Don’t waste your money unless you completely change the anchoring components, Bad assembly direction
Size: 10'X20' Color: Beige
I bought 2 of these and made the mistake of using the very poor & weak anchoring spikes on one of them. The metal anchors included with the Carport are thinner than even the worst tent spikes and they easily bend just pounding them into the ground. For additional strength I also used 4 -75 pound sand tubes to add extra weight to the bottom frame. We had a storm with 40 mph wind gusts and the entire structure came out of the ground scratched my car and ended in a bent, broken, & torn pile which after cutting one of the aluminum tubes which had wrapped around my drivers mirror, the entire thing had to be completely cut apart & taken to the dump. What a waste of money! The 2nd Carport I bought, I used 12” long- 3/8” wide nail spikes for anchoring and it didn’t move at all. Don’t throw away your money if you don’t know how to properly anchor an item like this and do NOT use what this company supplies for this purpose. See the photos for the ruined item. I guess in a wind these carports really are “portable” lol. This is a typical product from China with non-understandable instruction manuals. I have no idea how the guy who can't screw in a light could ever put one of these together. I've personally manufactured Consumer Electronics product in China for the past 15 years and have imported over 750 different items. The key factor to a have happy customers, a low frustration & return rates is to completely re-write in proper English and re-draw the assembly diagrams furnished by the Chinese factories. In addition, every part must be identified in the front of the instruction manual (IM) and in each step of the instructions. The IM for this item only had half the parts identified by a part number and count. The assembly instructions also do not identify the parts used in each step using parts numbers so there are a number of key assembly steps where you literally have to guess which parts are used and in what order because the drawings are so poor. There are 5 different pieces of tarp and not 1 tarp part is numbered on the parts page or in the assembly instructions so you don’t know which Tarp piece goes on 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. The IM doesn't explain key assembly steps such as the fact you must use the same elastic tarp ties to tie to multiple tarp pieces together to the frame. In other words, the assembly instructions are absolutely useless plus, the kit was also missing 2 of the 4 metal clamps for the corner rope anchors and these parts were not even shown on the assembly instructions plus the corner ties had no instructions at all on how to properly tie them down so I used my trusty half-hitch knots. I just went to the hardware store to get the missing parts as these parts had no product ID that I could reference and contact the factory help line for replacement which I did once and they were no help as they didn't understand the problem with the IM. This problem is so typical of many products made and sold by factories in China who don’t understand a consumer. ... show more
