This extension wand fits our Dyson V15 perfectly! It's just slightly bit longer than the OEM version but I appreciate that as I am 6' tall and it gives me a little extra length so I can hold my vacuum in a more comfortable position. It feels well made and I believe made out of the same material as the OEM version. The connection points are exactly the same so no issues with locking in the wand to my vacuum head and it stays solidly attached without any issues while using. The little brush that came with it is nice as well and makes cleaning the roller heads a cinch. Highly recommend this extension wand especially if you are like us and prefer to have one setup for hard floors and another for carpet.

This fits my Dyson V8 and it works to bring power to the power head brush. However, it's not the same width. I've 3D printed an attachment holder onto the extension wand. It fits and holds on to the original perfectly. This one is 2-4mm smaller in diameter and my attachment holder is not able to be secure to it. 3 stars for not being the identical size. 5 stars for working like the original. 4 stars average overall.

Since this is an extension wand, there isn't too much to say. What I can say is that its quality is top notch and it works as expected and is just as good as an OEM wand from Dyson. I've been in the process of refurbishing my Dyson V7 instead of buying a new one, and this has given it a fresh new look! Love how my vacuum looks brand new again at a low cost!

The Kodahome extension wand replacement is a perfect match for my Dyson V8 Animal vacuum and works just as well as the original wand included with it. The wand is made of high-quality materials, and its purple color is so pretty. The installation is easy; you have to install it to the vacuum cleaner and the brush in the same way as the original wand. You'll hear a click when it's completely locked in place. The extension wand is around 28" long, which allows me to reach ceilings and other hard-to-reach areas. I also received a white multi-function cleaning tool with a double-ended design. One end is convenient for removing hairs wrapped around the roller brush, and the other is for cleaning small particles or dust. I'm happy with this inexpensive product.

Although I ordered this wand for my Dyson v.10, I'm a little puzzled as to why many people would want an extra wand. Do people actually destroy, or wear out, their wands? Or do the clips for attachments break? The wand DOES reach two inches further than the OEM wand, fits and works perfectly, Just not sure why people need one. If you do, however, this is highly recommended!
